Good college with good faculty, infrastructure but dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: I have passed out in 2017 batch from GGN khalsa College. No Campus Placements were made in our batch but in 2016 batch 30% of my seniors got selected in the insurance company during campus placement. The minimum salary they offered is 8000 per month. The average is in the 10000 per month. They offered only one role. 0% students got internship. There is no top recruiting companies comes to GGN Khalsa College campus.

Dissatisfied because of placements in 2017, Good Faculty with really good infrastructure.

Placements: At GGN, 0% students got placed in Computer Science Branch. No reputed company like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. Come for the campus placement. Everything is 0% because college don't offer campus placements.

I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: A very few companies visited the campus to offer placements. If a student has talent and required skills as per the company, then they can easily get placed. The college doesn't provide any placement training. So, the student needs to have many skills to get placed through campus placements.

The college is very nice and peaceful, and the college organises many extracurricular activities.

Placements: Placements of the college are okay. Only a few companies visit the college and hire only 7-10 students from the campus. The highest salary package offered was up to 3 LPA. Many girls join this college to attain their degree.

I'm dissatisfied by the placements of our college.but other things are good like infrastructure etc.

Placements: Our college is divided to three parts. One part is affiliated to GNDU, another is under Panjab university Chandigarh, and third one is under Panjab Technical University Jalandhar. There is no placement offered from our college. As per my thought no senior batch also get placed to any company. They have to try at their own qualification. Also their is no visit from any company to our campus. No internship offered from our campus. There may be placement offered at main university I. e Guru Nanak D...

Average infrastructure, average education system, super class canteen, and no placements.

Placements: There are no placements facilities in the college. The college is meant for degree only. The students can't expect placements in this college. I am also in this college for my B.Com degree. I heard about placements only for one time that only 1 student get placed out of 3 that too for formality. The college education system is also average. No one cares even there is no class test. They make a monthly test only once in the whole 6 months. Your scores must decide your assessment in final.

Good infrastructure and location. The college provides all facilities.

Placements: After completion of graduation, our college organizes placements on our college campus. Our college faculty members ask every student to participate in placements and take the golden opportunity. I have participated in placement camp and got selected for a pharma job.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure of the college & lack of help from college staff.

Placements: The college does not offer placements, and no companies ever came to this college for offering jobs. So, regarding placements, I would rate the college as 0 out of 10. The placements are not even conducted for senior batches.

Overall, the college is good. You must apply for this college.

Placements: From my batch, after B.Com nobody got a good job. I am doing CA so I have no knowledge about the placements and I not yet even tried for the job. But according to me for placements the college does not matter, it's more about your talent and capability.

Awesome college and lifestyle is awesome. Studying here is worthful.

Placements: Placements were awesome here. About 67% of my seniors got a job. High potential and high skills are implemented in making a high student professional. Top recruiters what I observed was Microsoft, IBM, Tata and Tata and somewhat from Intel and Intex and at last, but not least was the Hewlett Packard (HP).

I am not dissatisfied with the college, but it should focus on the placements.

Placements: There are no any placements committed by our college. The efforts of our college placed no student. There is no placement cell in our college. One day, the college send some of our friends to LPU for the job fair which is conducted there and organised by LPU, but no placement held there for our classmates.

An average college available in easy approach for all.

Placements: For B.Com there is no placement cell at all. The commerce staff is very helpful. No company visited us in our past years, and even now no chances look like that there will be the type of placement in future too. If you are preparing for some competition exam, then you can take admission here as there is very less strictness related to attendance.

Really good infrastructure in the college.

Placements: I would like to say regarding placements that not many companies visit here, but the companies which have visited in the past years were good. It depends up on you, how you present yourself in front of them. The academics don't matter a lot, but they do see your certificates.

Not good college and it is just waste of time.

Placements: There are no placements process in the college, so you have to satisfied with the degree only, and no one ever placed in this college, and if I talk about the study, it is poor, and they don't care about your career. They just getting tier income, so be careful.

The best college for the students who want to study with enjoyment.

Placements: The placement opportunities for all the students in our college is above average. The percentage of placement of students depends upon the students not depends on the college. Maximum, 40%-45% students, placed every year from our college. The salary offered to the students as according to their abilities and capabilities. Some manufacturing, marketing and financial services companies visit our college every year for placement. Roles and jobs are offered to the students in the companies as accord...

Great faculty and teaching, but poor infrastructure and lack of a proper playground.

Placements: The placement scenario of the college is not good at all. When I was doing my graduation from the college, only one company came for the campus placements. Thus, if the purpose of you studying here is for campus placements, then I'm afraid, this is not the place for you.

Great pedagogy but bad placements.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placed from our college. Campus recruitments are conducted rarely, and students mostly join the college just to get a degree, so the attitude of fellow students towards studies is not serious. But the pedagogy is great. Teachers are highly knowledgeable and helpful. A placement cell is not available in the college. Rarely 3-4 companies visit our college for campus recruitment.

The college is a value for money.

Placements: There were no placements in the college as it was not specified earlier in the admission. Also, the placements are not promoted here. The students have to find the job/companies on their own. As the college staff is good, they may refer you to the placement, but officially there are no placements from this college. There are also no internships and no training for the students. Also, there will be not many industrial visits which is quite a good knowledge giving activity. But, there will be semi...

I think my college is better than other Ludhiana colleges in every field.

Placements: My seniors are selected in many big companies for internship like Infotech etc. They are currently working under these big multinational companies. The minimum salary offered is 30 thousand per month. The average is in between 40 to 45 thousand. I know one of my senior friends who is currently earning about 60 thousand per month so that can be maximum salary I can guess. We are offered many roles. Almost 85% students got internship.
