Really good faculty and facilities. Infrastructure is satisfying. Placements need improvement.

Placements: Placement was really poor during our batch. We were assured of placement in good company, but none of the companies was called. But now, it has improved to the next level just because of the new director principal sir. Many companies are invited for placement of bright students.

Good in every thing except sports facility, but it depends on you how good you are.

Placements: Placement depends on you and how good are you. Hindu college of engineering calls many companies like Amazon, HP etc. for campus placements. The college is trying its best and also advice you on what to do and what not. From my side, it is good. And one important thing is that you should not have backlogs in all semesters to sit in the interview.

Satisfied because of faculty, labs and extra curriculum activities.

Placements: The placement cell of Hindu College of Engineering is not good when we talk about electrical engineering. Placement of mechanical engineering is also not good. Computer science engineering and information technology department has good placement. The college should improve the training and placement cell.

The charity comes first for the Hindu College.

Placements: The total placement percentage during the batch (2012-2016) was 30%. The highest salary package offered was 7 lacs per annum, and the lowest salary package was 3 lacs per annum. More than 22 companies visited the college are offering the jobs for the civil engineering students. Most of the students were found to be uninterested.

The college is average, but the fees are low as compared to other colleges.

Placements: To be honest, the placement is negligible as compared to other colleges due to less visit of companies in the college. Some senior batch student placed from campus. CSE and electronics department are placed in some companies from campus while the mechanical and civil have zero campus placement.

Satisfied regarding faculty and other facilities. The college is very good for education.

Placements: Good placements, but the placements have to be improved for civil engineering department by inviting more companies for the better future of the students. The salary package offered to the students is average like Rs. 15,000 per month. The placement cell is there, and the college provides the placement and helps us for doing the best at the time of placements.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: No one got selected through college placement. The companies visited for placements is zero. Up to now, there are only 5 to 6 students who got a job on there own behalf from a strength of 30 students. The ratio of placement is very low. Because companies visited our branch are nill.

One of the best colleges in Sonipat.

Placements: The placement was not good in our college. Only two or three students were placed in our batch. In our senior batch also, only a few students were placed. Even I was also one of the toppers of the class still I didn't get any call for placements.

Hindu college of engineering- A review.

Placements: To be honest, the placement is negligible in the college. The recent record of the placement is disappointing. Only students of CSE and electronics department placed in some new companies while departments like mechanical and civil have zero campus placement.

One of the best private colleges of Haryana. Public transport is easily available.

Placements: Good placement, especially for CSE and IT branch students. The students are placed also in army every year. Average package- 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Highest package- 5.5 LPA. Lowest package- 1.9 LPA. Companies from Delhi NCR and Chandigarh Mohali come for the placement mostly. A deserving student can easily get a 3-4 LPA package.

Absolute disatisfied with the help the college is providing in each field to the students.

Placements: Frankly speaking, probably 2 or 3 students get placements every year. Rest do preparation for a government job. The college does not teach students about the importance of getting a job like some other universities. This is not a good environment for the students to study in this college. I bet you will regret taking admission in this college. No preparation for the aptitude test or how to face interviews.

The college of life, decision, play and study.

Placements: Placement is not as nice as they say it as good. Companies coming for the campus drive per year are very less and they took as they required, means they select fewer aspirants to give opportunity. The students of mechanical engineering have fewer chances to get a job from here. However, other branches can get a job if they fulfill their requirement.

Average infrastructure, average sports, low fee as compared to other colleges.

Placements: As far as I know about my senior placements, it was around 10 percent. Very few aspirants were selected for interviews.Last year, only 5 students were selected for jobs from my branch CSE. Main companies that visited the campus were TCS and others. Highest offered package was 3.2 LPA and the average salary package was something around 2 lakh.

Hindu sansthan is thankful for their college.

Placements: Placement is not a big thing for toppers of branches. It is a big challenge for average students and it is a dream only for college enjoyers. So be careful with the placement side. The placement is poor in this college as only a few numbers got placed. If you need the placement, you have to go for off-campus drives or do preparation for government vacancies.

All the efforts taken are worthless if the governing management will not take part to initiate.

Placements: Companies which visited the institute are not well-reputed, hence package offered is also less. If the principal and the management take more efforts, then placements can go to new heights. I am the last year student of the college, In my personal opinion, less efforts leads to less placements.

College is situated near the Sonepat railway station, so it was very easy for us to commute through passenger, express trains. The distance is 400-500 meters. It hardly takes 15-20 minutes to reach the station. Transport facility is required. Although for the bus travelers, the bus depot is also quite near. The college bus facility needs some improvement. Hindu College of Engineering comes under the Hindu Union which is the oldest in Haryana established since 1914. Through years college is impr...

Hindu College of Engineering provides a good platform for engineering students. They have a very big campus and the fee is nominal. Although there are no on campus placements, the placement cell will guide you with some pool campus opportunities. Academic course curriculum and everything falls under its parent university, MDU, Rohtak. Many extracurricular activities are present for the overall development of the students’ personality.

Placement for mechanical field are the worst. On the other hand it is good for computer science and IT sector. Some reputed companies like Tai, Infosys visit here for placement drive. Good connectivity for Delhi students. Faculty members are supportive. Infrastructure is average.

It is the worst college you’ve ever seen. Worst in placement. Worst in basic facilities. Worst in case of academics. Faculty is not at all cooperative. No internet facility. Class does not have proper ventilation. It seems like you are studying in some hell.
