There are good placements in 2016 and I got placed.

Placements: Some of the students were placed in TCS. The highest package offered was 3.2 LPA. TCS and Tech Mahindra visited the campus. I got 80 percent in the internship. There was no stipend provided for the internship. There is a separate placement cell in the college. The students will get admission in the college easily.

Good college for the people who wants time to study for the higher education like M.Tech or MBA.

Placements: The placement of our college was very poor this year. Hardly any technical company came. Only one company came this year, and it's not even a technical company. It's BPO. They have selected 10-15 students from the computer science branch. They have promised to give 2.7 lacs per annum. Name of the company is TradeIndia. Its office is situated in Indore. The highest package is the average package, and the lowest package was 2.5 lacs per annum. Since it's a third tier college, so no company come to...

Hitkarini College OF Engineering And Technology - Way of Success.

Placements: The placement of this college is good. The faculty members are nice, and they know how to teach the students. They are highly educated, and the know everything, and first they want to know about the students and then they clear all doubts of the students. The placement is just awesome here. The college gives a very good atmosphere and good coaching for the placements from the first semester, where you can easily get trained for the further placement.

Absolutely fantastic college because of faculty and placement.

Placements: I have selected in Prism Cement Company. It is a very good company and provides a very good exposure. The package was 3.28 annually. 12 members got selected in Prism Cement only. The other companies are TCS, Hexaware, Tech Mahindra, and many more came to the campus. It is a very good college for civil engineering.

The college used to be great, it is not anymore. Infrastructure is good, but the management is poor.

Placements: The placements used to good in the previous years, but when we came to final year, the quality and quantity of companies decreased majorly. Our previous batches got the chance to appear in many companies, and all we got were BPOs. Even TCS just conducted their written exam in our college, and we had to go to a different college for the interview.

Dissatisfied with Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: The placements in HCET is not at all good. No good companies visit the campus. Most of the students of previous batches were not placed. The people who were placed had very less package like 2.5-3.0 lakhs per annum. This college is very bad in terms of the placements.

Hitkarni College of Engineering and Technology, Jabalpur.

Placements: We do have the reasonable amount of placements that are good for the return on investment. I got placed at the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), some other companies that come in for the placements are Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Indian Army (UES scheme).

Average college particularly due to faculty

Placements: The placements were average but almost all of the batch was placed. The average salary is 4 lakhs per annum. companies like TCS came for electronics and computer science branches. The role offered was assistant system engineer. The placement cell was pretty good with faculty members assisting students for placements. There were two internships; one major one minor. The minor was arranged by students and the major used to get arranged from the college itself. ...

Satisfied with most faculty and facilities, great campus and infrastructure, and overall things.

Placements: It was a little better this year for the placements of my seniors. 30-40% students were placed according to my knowledge. The highest package offered was 2.5 lacs, the average was 1.75 lacs and the lowest was 1.5 lacs offered to the placed students. Mainly software companies visited like Infosys, Paytm etc. They offered the software programming role. I don't know exactly about the internship obtained by the students from college but I think it was 30% to 50%. The highest stipend offered was 2500...

A good college and a proper feel of the college can be achieved here.

Placements: No companies come for the civil branch, but for others, 2-3 companies came and the deserving students were placed. Internships were not offered by the college and civil students have to look after their careers on their own. If you want good placements, then you should not apply for civil branch in this college

A fair review of Hitkarini CET.

Placements: The placements from the college were pretty thin as only the communication branches were selected for the placements. We have not got any company from the mechanical engineering department as of now. Only 10 % of the students were placed and the packages offered are yet to be provided. The college does not offer in situ internships, so no stipends were offered. Currently, only TCS visited the campus and other companies are offering from an open campus basis. ...

Well starting with pros 1.Good infrastructure 2.Beautiful location. 3. Old College. 4. Limited Fees. Now comes the cons: Campus placements are becoming low day by day as very less MNC except TCS will come. Faculty is not well qualified. Overall it’s an average college since it is not increasing placement and faculty of college but previously on starting day of this college it had a huge brand name but just because of poor management of college it's starts losing its dignity.

College had a good reputation but now it has gone down due to negligence of administration department but now they are trying hard to regain their status. If you are a good scholar think before joining the college as placements is a big concern there.

It is definitely the best private college of Jabalpur. Great Infrastructure and Place. Very Good management. Average Placement opportunities. Average faculty. They don't do unnecessary publicity, management is good in these types of things. Sometimes alumni meets are also conducted so the already placed candidates can help the people who are studying in third or final year.

Our college has good faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Our college has no placements because of the recession. The recession affects our campus placements too much. During the recession, we don't do any internships or industrial programs. More than 50% of students are placed.

Placements: I got placement in TCS through my college, thanks to the mentors who guided me through this phase and because of whom I got the opportunity to work in such a huge company. There are lots of companies who come to college for recruitment and the college provides a great opportunity.
