An average college with good faculty, poor programs, average infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: Minimum 60% of the students got placement. Many companies like Wipro, Amazon, HP, and Dell came to the college. Most of them got a good post and earned a minimum of 40k. There is no placement cell. Most of the students have got an internship but not that good in the percentage.

Good faculty, small campus, no college trips (only industrial trips).

Placements: Placements are good. Companies like Volvo, tech Mahindra, and other Giants. We have seniors who helps us most of the time, minimum salary would be around 25k maximum can be more than 50k. But the placements are difficult here around 50% get placed and sometimes lesser than that.

Very nice faculty, decent placements, decent infrastructure and adequate facilities in this college.

Placements: The placement in this college is decent. Not many companies come to this college, but companies like IBM, Dell, HP, Tech Mahindra give decent salary packages of students. For good placement in this college, you will have to maintain minimum 75 percentile above to get a good job.

Worth for you, if you have determination to study.

Placements: Our college has very good placements. If you have a desire and passion on your particular field that is a person with good knowledge gets placed in a good company. Hence, our college always encourages talent by receiving him with the deserved placement. At most 73% got placed in good companies, and the highest salary package might be around 80k for starters and the lowest being 25k on a monthly basis. The companies like Amazon, IBM, Wipro, Mahindra, and Infosys were the companies visiting for pl...

My view on HKBK College of Engineering

Placements: Placements are moderate. They were able to get only a few core companies at around 5 to 6 and except these, all are BPOs and KPOs. Even those who have got placed are still not yet got their offer letters. In our batch, none have got offer letter from any company but around 20 people got placed. Still, they are waiting for the offer letter.

A review of HKBK college of engineering.

Placements: I got placed in Capgemini. But there were just three companies that came for the designation of Software Engineer, and all the other companies were for tech support. I believe that getting into a company is dependent on how talented or serious you are, but opportunities do matter.

HKBK College of Engineering as per a student's details.

Placements: They will bring some companies as usual, but don't expect more because its completely depends upon your skills and the college has no role in that. Never expect Google to be there for you. I have seen only Tech Mahindra and some small.companies, though even Tata will come.

Wonderful way to shape your life, HKBK in sight.

Placements: Placements are really good. 100% placements for eligible students. I have got placed in the 8th sem in a start-up. HR facilities are improved in the last few years as basic training is provided in the college premises itself. Students having 60% and above have the advantage of getting into almost all companies. Students with less percentage are provided with knowledge about how to cope up with the percentage in the last semester and try for a higher grade.

Good college and good environment.

Placements: Placements are considerably good, many students got placed. A good number of companies (MNC, Startup) visited and recruited students for good packageS. The highest offered package was about 5-6 LPA and lowest was 2 LPA. Roles were ranging from technical supports to developers. Our(2016) batch had good placement offers comparatively and hope it would continue for our juniors.

Good choice in this fee package(1.25 lakhs per year).Improving college.Poor in sports.

Placements: The placements were there for every branch during my college days and it started from my third year itself. Companies for the mechanical stream were nil, to be frank. We were asked to attend IT companies' interviews. Anyone above 70% and sometimes the score of 65 and 60 was enough to attend. My 5 classmates got placed in Tech Mahindra. But, I was the least bothered about its field. I attended an interview for one company and went to the last round, but failed since they took one of us, the toppe...

College is located in a very calm area. The academic guidance is the best in this college. Most of the staff is highly experienced and very supportive. The placement was good for ECE and CS but not for Mechanical. Overall college is worth for the average students.

Professors are brilliant they aid you much as they can. Placements can be in IT if you can prove yourself to get a core. Updates about each internals and attendance is sent home. Opportunity to learn more by conducting workshops and seminars. Good lab facilities leads to much learning. Industrial visits are arranged seldom.

HKBK College of Engineering is considered among the top 10 colleges of Karnataka and it is well deserved. The best features about the college is the faculty, after-all, what more does a student need than a best guiding hand. The staff specifically in Computer Science Dept. is most friendly and highly qualified. The campus provides best facilities and average infrastructure. Full campus Wi-Fi, gym, indoor games, outdoor games are some of the basic facilities provided by the college. There are co-...

This college stresses on your academics only. As it is a minority institute, there are very few extracurricular activities. The college doesn't have its own fest but it has an annual day function which has intra-department activities. Overall, choose this college if your aim is to only study and not have fun.

When I was about to complete my graduation I started realizing that my college is the best. Guys if u want better knowledge you can go and join HKBK (EC) department, or else it’s upon your field of interest. Regarding placement, I think that don't blame college because placement depends on your performance. College placement was average, I didn’t got placed from the college, but the knowledge that I gained from the college means more to me and I am at good position today (all god’s grace). At la...

The college has a good campus. A student with only studies in mind should surely join this college. It's not much appreciative if a person has other interests than studies say sports and other co-curricular activities. Teaching faculty and the infrastructure is good and well maintained.

HKBK College of Engineering is a jail to naughty students and a boon to nerds. Most of the time students are found in either library or backbenches hanging around with friends. College is strict in fact very strict to students and lecturers also. If you’re a studious person then go for it, HKBKCE will groom you. Else, check out some other college.
