I am satisfied with faculty members and extracurricular activities.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in BA English literature course during placements in our college. Top companies did not visit our college. Most of the private companies surrounding by Thoothukudi district have visited. Some of them came from Chennai, Tirunelveli, Madurai and Covai. In literature, they offered many extracurricular activities, and they taught French, toy making, fashion designing, FSN, diet management and computer course. Most of the private banks came for placements in our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The campus is always clean, and there are no dirty things around the campus. Wi-Fi is available at any time. There is a language lab for literature students. There is a library, but it needs some improvement. Hostel food is a bit bad. Hostel faculty members are kind and strict at the same time. Mess and canteen facilities have to be improved, and sports teachers are not available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to us to study for all exams. They provide unique concentration for academically weak students. All the teachers have completed their PhD or NET exam. This course curriculum is not much relevant, and it has to be improved. It is undertaken by MSU, i.e., Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Each semester has 6 to 9 subjects. Faculty members are very good, and they maintain a friendly relationship with students.
Other: I like languages, so I took this course. They need some improvement to develop the language. In our college, weekly once they conduct events, and festival time is very fun. I enjoyed much. The number of students in our college is low. Scholarships are available for merit and minority students. For extracurricular activities, they are conducting an add-on course from 1:15 pm to 2:10 pm.
