Really good college, happy to be in the college.

Placements: The placements of the college were good for our batch as well as for our seniors too. The ratio of people placed increased for our batch. It also depends on the capability of the students who are sitting for the placements as they are not judged only for their college, but on their attitude and knowledge. The students can take very good placement on the bases of their attitude towards themselves and the work they are going to do. The positive attitude is what all the students need to get placed...

Decent university for freshers.

Placements: There are 80-85 percent placements here with a lot of size of 1,100-1,200 students. The average package is between Rs. 7 to 8 Lakhs. The companies also visit mostly for the marketing, finance and operations profile. The highest package offered was by the JPMC with a package of Rs. 11 Lakhs. There is also a placement cell well-coordinated with the students.

Life at IBS, Hyderabad for a BBA student.

Placements: The college is average when it comes to the number of companies visiting the college for placement of BBA students. The CTC offered by the companies is much better than what is offered to students in basic BBA college. Internships are also offered.

Really good infrastructure and facilities but lacks a little bit in placements compared to others.

Placements: Average package of the senior batch was between 6-6.5LPA. The Senior management keeps denying this and tries to put higher CTC packages. My batch the salary offered was 6.5-7 CTC. Mind you CTC is different and In-hand salary is different. The highest till date in marketing is 12LPA from Maruti Suzuki, but there are a fare share of companies that come with 8LPA and above. College provides the internship, and you have to sit for interviews for them as well. We have 100% placement and internship. T...

A review on how is IBS-Hyderabad and what is it that, which can be taken out from there.

Placements: For our senior batch (2014-2016), the placement was really good. Almost 95 percent of the students were placed successfully. Around 130 companies had come for our recruitment. For my batch (2015-2017) the placements were not up to the mark. The initial inflow of companies was really good. Later on, the frequency in which companies came in got reducing gradually.

Good Infrastructure and Pedagogy.

Placements: The placements for the 2015-17 batch were hampered a little bit because of the demonetization debacle, but the average remained above 6 LPA for the batch. The placements for the 2016-18 batch have been very strong with 75% of the batch was already placed. The average is over 6.5 LPA with more than 20 companies offering 10 LPA plus packages. Amazon, JPMC, HDFC Bank, Sterlite Copper, Deloitte, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc. are some of the better companies that visit the campus.

Life in ICFAI Business School Hyderabad

Placements: Depending on the performance of the student concerning grades and capabilities, more than 90% of the students get placed every year. Depends on the student's background and sector of the organisation, they are placed. The average package as per recent placements in the year 2016-17 was around 7 lakhs per annum.

IBS - A management college, where the only thing lacking is the management of everything.

Placements: The placements as advertised are not 100%. If you look beyond their bold claims of maximum and average packages, the actual package offered to fluctuate between 5 to 6.5 LPA CTC. The roles offered are meant for graduates and not for postgraduate managerial positions. Overall, 20 students out of 1100 got placed. The people with the work experience can score packages of around 9-10 LPA.

Everything is fine and cool to go with a good degree and enjoyable life.

Placements: The placements of the college were neutral and depend on the student performance. The maximum salary given to our senior students is about 3 LPA. However, the internships were not that good. As there are many students, it is hard to provide with the internships to every student.

Average placements, but good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are decent for top 100 students in the batch. You get good companies like JP Morgan, Deloitte, DE Shaw, TCS, Cognizant etc. for placements. But most cut-offs are based on grades and CGPA. So scoring good marks is very important. The rest of the placements are not very satisfactory.

About the college and it's in and out

Placements: Good placements. Worth joining the college, placement officers work really good to get good companies. At the end, it's your hard work that will help you to get the right job. More than half of the strength of students is placed till now with a handsome salary and good profile in a reputed brand.

A good college but charges a huge penny and doesn't offer a up to the mark placements.

Placements: The placements aren't good enough here. The big companies do not visit the college, but the intake of this college is high that it's quite difficult to get everyone placed. All the big companies visit here, and some of them offer a good package.

Bad placements in 2016 and pathetic food

Placements: The average package is 6 lacs. The placements at IBS are quite good but the only negative thing is the batch size, there are around 1200 students in one year or 2500 1st and 2nd year put together. HR placements are below expectations. This college follows case study learning. 80% of the total students get placements. Mostly banks and insurance companies come for placements where sales is all what you have to do and after spending 16 lakhs and you don’t want to do that. A big no to operations fro...

Totally worth it. You can call it a mini India. It gives a great exposure.

Placements: Keeping in mind the humongous strength, the placements at IBS, Hyderabad is pretty good. All the students get placed at the end. The highest package was International-46lacs, Domestic- 23 lakhs. The least package goes around 5 Lakhs. The average package would be around 6.5 lakhs. These stats are for the batch passed out in the year 2017. Sales, finance and analysts were the roles offered by the majority of the companies.

Totally worth the fees that I have given and hoping for some more good time to come.

Placements: I am happy and satisfied with the companies which approach our college. The percentage of students getting placed is quite high. I am hoping for the same to occur in our case as well and I am also hoping for more students to get placed in the end. The lowest salary offered till now is around Rs. 6 LPA, and the highest salary offered is around Rs. 13 LPA. The salary packages amounts depend on the specialisation that the students have opted for.

IBS Hyderabad review. Campus life and academics

Placements: Generally, BBA students don't get jobs, so there are very less placements. But for MBA, there is a good number of placements. MBA students get like 8-12 lakhs as the package. As I am a BBA student, I can't say about other placements. Every year, the highest salary offered is increasing.

IBS - Hyderabad(A locale to be explored!).

Placements: I have seen more than 90% of the students got placed and out of that more than 50% are satisfied with the placement they got. However, the college facilitates, but it is up to the ability of the students at the end of the day. So far, I’ve seen companies also giving good reports about the IBS graduates.

Amazingly good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: As we all know that the MBA colleges give admissions for around 150 students a year but, on the contrary, our college gives admissions for 1200-1400 students annually. The placement officers work effortlessly to get the entire batch placed in good companies, and they surely place each and every student. The only problem is if you have been placed in one company, you are not allowed to sit for any other company. So make an informed choice before applying to any company.

Superb infrastructure and academic courses.

Placements: The placements were pretty good as much as we had anticipated. The zero-day placements were good, and more than 250 students are placed which is a pretty good number. Our batch strength was more than 900. The highest package was about 26 LPA approximately, and the lowest being 4 LPA. The companies who visited for placement includes JPMorgan, Tech Mahindra, Taj, TCS, P&Y, Hull Balmer & Lawrie, Infosys, Wipro, etc.

Placements: Around 75% of the students in my batch were placed, and rest either did not opt for the placement or got frustrated and arranged their jobs from outside. The highest package in 2014 was 14 lakhs per annum offered by DE Shaw for finance, and the average was somewhere around 4.5 lakhs per annum. The mass recruiter was Genpact, Cognizant, and ICICI group entry level to intermediate level jobs was offered. The Stipend for the internship was offered to a very few student. However, everyone gets recru...
