IIM Ranchi Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: In the IIM, all the students of the MBA program get placement opportunities. Around 60-65% of the students get successfully placed at our college. The average package offered was between 5-10 LPA. Top recruiters at this college were Capgemini, Cognizant, HUL, Walmart, Flipkart, IBM, etc.

Placements: Actually, I do not have any direct knowledge about placement, as there are still 2 years left for the placement process for our batch. But, as far as I know, the highest package is around 25 LPA. As our seniors said in the alumni meeting, the college has great internship facilities.

Placements: Almost everyone gets placed every year. The average package of this college is 1700000. The highest package last year was 3200000. Students get placed in reputed companies such as Infosys, Deloitte, and Accenture. Most of the students get placed in management positions.

Placements: I am enrolled in the IPM course at IIM Ranchi (a 3-year BBA + 2-year MBA program). I am part of the first batch of IPM students here. After 3 years of BBA, we will be on par with other MBA students. In the MBA program, almost everyone gets placed with decent packages. So far, as part of this course, we have completed 2 internships: one social internship and the other a corporate internship.

Placements: Only social internships are offered in this course. Regular summer internships are organised in our department. Placements are decent. Many students got internships in this course.

Placements: The placement is challenging because this batch has many students. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Almost all students got placed in our course. Many of them are getting PPOs. The highest salary package offered is 67 LPA. The average salary package offered is 19.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 18 LPA.

Placements: IIM Ranchi provided 100% placements this year. The highest package for this year was 32.21 LPA, and the average was 16.17 LPA. Top 25 percent of students placed with 22.17 LPA. Top recruiters were Flipkart, Accenture, Cognizant, Aditya Birla, and ICICI Bank among others.

Placements: The placement here at IIM RANCHI is 100% for the MBA batch. The MBA programme has two different parts actually I. e a general MBA where all the specialisation are there and an MBA in HR. Ranchi has a different programme for MBA HR. The highest domestic package was 26 Lacs, the highest international package was 56 Lacs and the average package was 15.11 Lacs for the year 2020. Flipkart, Deloitte, ey, IBM were top recruiters . 100% got an internship for which top companies were Flipkart, Deloitte, ey, ola, Wipro. Top roles were hr consulting, recruiting, learning and development, hr business partner.

Placements: HR branch had 64 students, while GM branch had 240 students. HR courses are entirely different. Companies like Deloitte USI, EY, Flipkart, Aditya Birla Capital, DE Shaw, Samsung, ICICI, etc., visit our college for placements. The highest salary package was offered by DE Shaw, and it was 28 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The average salary package offered will be up to 12 LPA. Roles like talent acquisition and HR business partner are offered.

Placements: PGDHRM 2012-14 was the pioneer HR batch. The placements, compared to the PGDM batch, were relatively weaker as many companies have a policy of visiting the campuses who are a certain age. Within HR, 75-80% of the batch was appropriately placed for summers. While for finals, this number dropped to almost 65%.
