The overall experience in IBSM after 3months!

Placements: The placements are decent, and anyone having decent profile will get through with the placements. I feel that the average package should be improved in the future. As there are more than 900 students, the competition is high, and it is tough to get the best packages and the best company.

Good teaching, good infrastructure, healthy canteen, lack of sports activities.

Placements: Around 95% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. There are lots of companies who look for aspirants from LBS Mumbai. The placement for Finance is highest compared to other fields. The core companies which recruit candidates from LBS are JP Morgan, Delloite, HDFC Bank, etc.

The campus has good faculty and lot of learning is to be adapted from IBS, Mumbai in 2017 -19 batch.

Placements: Majority of the students from batch 2015-17 got placed in various domains such as marketing, finance etc. Hr and operations placements could be better, but as the college is confident, it will have better opportunities this year. Majority of the students opt for marketing and finance opportunities. JP Morgan company is the premium firm for placement for IBS.

Great atmosphere for learning and practical experience.

Placements: Placements of our senior batch were excellent. Almost all the students got placed from the campus. The average package offered to the students is around 5-6 lakhs. The roles offered to the students are sales executives, executive manager, relationship manager, etc. All the students got an internship from the campus in different companies. The stipend of the internship depends on the targets achieved.

Good placement and infrastructure. Supportive faculty.

Placements: Placements are mostly for the finance and marketing students but assured placements from the college. You need to be a top scorer for getting placements in other specialisations. Packages offered are very low except for a few companies coming for finance students.

Good studying methodology, but the student intake is very high with no good placements at all.

Placements: The placements are not as good as it should be because of the student volume it has. Our 2014 batch had approximately 900 students and the senior batch had approximately 750 students. The placement of the senior batch was better than ours as we got less number of companies and the companies offered only 3/4 lakhs package which is half the fee for the degree there(6-7 lakhs fee for 2 years, accommodation extra). I am not very sure but approximately 60% were placed(not completely accurate). The hi...

A good experience over all.

Placements: IBS Mumbai is typically known for getting good placements in the financial sector. Mumbai, being the finance capital/financial hub of India, makes very sense for people to explore job opportunities in the financial sector. Companies like Morgan Stanley, ICICI, HDFC and Bajaj Capital are having their head/corporate offices in Mumbai. Apart from it, IBS Mumbai also gets a very decent set of companies for the marketing profiles as well. So all in all, the placements are something not to get worri...

The recruiters are: - JPMC - Deloitte - HDFC - Amazon - Kotak Securities - Kotak Mahindra Bank - Dun & Bradstreet - Khimji - Oran international - AGP world - Ingram Micro - ICICI Bank - Pentation - Zycus - Reliance - Satguru Travels - Landmark Group of Companies. The placement record is 100% here.

A decent college with nice placement offers. College has the capacity of 800 students per batch where they have almost 100% placements with average package of 5-6 LPA. Someone with an average academic record can easily get admission here.

This is a great business school to learn, grow, & develop. It has the best faculty members who are very helpful. The college also provides a good industry exposure to the students. In addition, there is a dedicated placement department. It is easy to reach the deans when required. The college has a good salary exposure, with salaries ranging from 4-11 lakhs per annum (national) and 10-20 lakhs per annum (International). This is the pathetic college I have ever seen, where education is not worth it. The campus is very small, fees are very high and placements. Please don't even think of because they bring only service sector Co. Who will offer you core sales job & your life become a non-graduate sales agent?

My college is well- known for its education curriculum and for co-curricular activities. There is a quite good ambience in the campus but doesn't include any sports ground to play. The cafeteria and canteen facility is superb. It is affiliated to ICFAI foundation of higher education (IFHE) i.e. autonomous university.

This college is known for its faculties and creative events. I must say while doing PGPM, I learnt not only the book material but also how to manage your time. Faculty is very well educated. First year was very tough as some subjects were very new for me and some students were having very good presentation skills that one may find himself incompetent. There were clubs for every field and interest for student. I really like the concept of marketing and finance events in which one can learn lot of...

Engaging students to actively learn, through case based learning is one of the key highlights of the institute. And environment is also good around the college.
