Our college has very poor management. CEO doesn't care about college and is the worst person.

Placements: Only 30% of the students got placed from our college. The salary package offered was 3 LPA. It is the worst college for placements, and none of the good companies visits here for placements. Even for core branches, none of the company visits for placements. Only the third party companies visit here to hire students for call centre jobs.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement, infrastructure and food. Admission is waste of money.

Placements: 1- There are only 2-4% placed in different areas like marketing sales department. 2- the highest package 2.5 to 3 LPA, minimum 1 to 1.5 LPA 3- Top role offered is graduate engineers trainee 4- ACC company come for graduate engineers trainee and sales. 5- highest package 3 LPA with bond and minimum 8K. 6- there are only a few students who got internship less than 3% approximately.

I am dissatisfied because it does not feel like you are in engineering college.

Placements: I was in 2015-2019 batch for a civil engineering course, and at my time it was the largest batch which has ever come in the college because about 150 students take admission. About 50% of the students got placed from campus. The highest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. No core company visit our campus, only consultancy and sales companies visit here. The best job role offered is a business development executive. Companies like Wealth Clinic vi...

Review of IEC Group of Institutions

Placements: I'm from the mechanical branch, but no single core company has visited the campus. Other companies which visited the campus have recruited the students for the technical field, but after some days, we realised that they cheated us. Our T&P office was also a part of this scam.

Dissatisfied because of placements and there is no good faculty.

Placements: There are not more than 30% of placements. Only TCS came to our campus for placements. Other companies are BPOs and if you want good placements in BPO then you can join this campus as you can find multinational BPOs that offer up to 2 LPA as the package.

Dissatisfied with the current status and improper functioning of our college.

Placements: The placements are the matter of concern in the student's life. Today progressive growth is essential, and the students are getting the concern about it. IEC has taken a step in the placement section and introduced an upcoming job week from 19 February, which shows that the college is seriously concerning about the placements offers, which should be provided to the students.

The college has the good infrastructure, no sports, average placement, and teaching.

Placements: The placements on the campus are average. Not a single core company has visited the college. All the companies visited and took the interview for the digital marketing and the technical support profile. Around, 50% of the seniors are facing this problem. The maximum package offered is 2.8 LPA, which is low.

Dissatisfied because of poor placement, faculty advise, etc.

Placements: There are no special placements for M.Tech students (pursuing or passed out). If they are looking for placement, they will have to appear with B.Tech passed outs or pursuing. They will have to choose one of the non-core company. If they belong to mechanical engineering, they will have to appear in some BPO's. However, they don't have any further option to give us placement. If they want to get fame for placement, they will make you placed in any of the options, whether it is core or non-core com...

Avoid IEC Engineering College.

Placements: No such good placements offers are available. The college management brings some small companies for placement. Now the company treats students as labours and pays them maximum up to Rs. 15000. I too got placement in one such company in which company was paying me Rs. 13000 only. After doing B.Tech we get job offers like this.

Absolutely low grade college. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come to t college, it will ruin your life

Placements: The placements are pretty much average in the college. Low reputation companies do come to campus drive in the college. Mainly BPO does the campus drive in the college. The maximum package offered was around 2.2 LPA. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 80,000 per annum. No reputed companies do placement drive in the college. The companies like TCS can sometimes give it a visit. Once Amazon did a campus drive in the college, but later it was found out that it is the call centre.

Just don't take admission in this college. Otherwise, you'll regret later on.

Placements: During my placement time, only one MNC came to the college and that was TCS. Other than that, all the companies which were coming to our college were either for the BPO or non-tech profile. The students who are going to opt for engineering course in this college- your future would be at stake as there is no management and these people show you the false history of placement records. The students they show get placed on their own. The management of the college doesn't call the companies apart f...

No placements, no facilities for students, faculty change every year, no experience.

Placements: The placement of IEC is not good at all, for my batch. Only TCS is the company which came for placements in the technical field and 52 students got placed in it. The package offered was 3.3 lacs. The rest of the companies which came for placement offered BPOs, technical support, and business development executive profiles. They don't understand that we are studying a technical course here and they are calling BPOs for placements. The management is also not good of IEC. If you want simply a degre...

Completely dissatisfied with IEC College.

Placements: The Placements are worst in IEC college. The only good company that comes for placement is TCS and it takes only 40-45 students and the rest everyone is left unplaced. The college also provides off -campus placements i.e sending all the students to a different college for the placement drive where thousands of students come for placement and the companies prefer selecting the students of the same college. So there is also no luck for the students of IEC college. In the campus drives, a few sma...

Even if you are not getting any college, don't think about this college.

Placements: Poor placement. Companies which come here for placement are very bad. No good company comes here for placement. If it comes by chance, then only 2-3 students will be selected. Companies for CS are good but not a single for mechanical and electronics dept. Many of the 2013 pass out students are still roaming free.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and bad placements in 2017.

Placements: There is no placement on the campus. The college provides only off-campus placements which means sending us to another college for the placement drive. There was a consultancy-type company which took some money from students for placement. The students are self-placed.

College is good. At least, TCS will be coming for campus placement. Administrators are poor. Not up to the mark faculty. College life and crowd is not at all good. College Administration needs to emphasize over the academic and placements activities otherwise, there is no difference between other college and IEC. They should be more restrictive and strict. I faced 5 strikes in my first semester itself. There is a major influence of local residents and political leaders.

The time spent in my college was the worst 4 years of my life. The college has no infrastructure, no system, and worst facility management. Most of the students are not friendly. Even the cafeteria was pathetic. The only good thing is that I made some good friends. Strikes by the locals were so common that we were scared to go out. Some of the faculty members were good and helpful but they could not do much because of lack of support from the management. Placements were also not good at our t...

One of the most pathetically managed and only money making institutions which had promised so many facilities and opportunities but had failed to provide even a single one. Showcases air conditioned classrooms etc. but actually have only a few of them. Above all, it finds different means to extract money from students, like firstly will charge the semester fees 6 months in advance and those who have to take loans or find it difficult to pay this random demand are made to pay thousands of rupees...

I was an average student and I needed good and professional teachers to learn from them to be an engineer but the faculty members were graduates from the same college or any other college and most importantly, maximum were arrogant. What I hated most that every teacher likes buttering and yes-to-yes or no-to-no manner. Your internal marks depends on the above line. The current HOD of CSE dept. (Sachin Yadav) and management of college is the worst, no one is ready to help the students regarding a...

This is worst college, there is nothing which I found good during my 4 years of B.tech course. Faculty is average, Placement is merely 10-20%. Labs/Library is good but teachers/lab instructors are not capable of explaining the things. Very bad policy adopted by college to return Caution money. College location is good, the 20% crowd is from Delhi.
