Review of IHM Kovalam - Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology.

Placements: Many companies come to the college for placements, especially Taj and 4 Seasons. If we work hard and learn everything properly, we will be hired. We can also make friends from many states and different cultures.

The pros and cons of IHM.

Placements: The college had a 100% placement record from the last two years, which is one of the main reasons that I have joined this college. As expected, our batch also had 100% placements. The highest salary package offered was around 12 LPA, the lowest was around 3 LPA, and the average was around 5.2 LPA. Mostly, management trainee positions are offered to the placed students.

I was groomed by this college and I am very happy to be a part of this college.

Placements: Placements were amazing. The placement percentage of my batch was 87%. The average salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. The companies like Oberoi, Taj, Hyatt, Mc Donald's, and Karfi International-Dubai, Four Seasons, Maldives etc. visit the campus for placements. All the students get the internship from the college. There were few students who got through the management trainee programs, and few got through cooperate trainees as well.

I am satisfied with good classrooms and the good atmosphere.

Placements: Many multinational companies visit our college every year to interview students. Half of the students who do well in interviews probably get jobs with good salaries and roles. Assistant managers, chefs, F & B associates, housekeepers, and front office associates are the roles offered to students.
