IHM Shillong is situated in Scotland of East.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are very good and helpful in many ways. They do not let any student. Everybody is given a chance out here and one can always rely on them very easily as they are there for everyone. They are well-qualified. Teaching skills are also good. they teach using the presentation method. It's obvious that practical and theory are different in nature.

I am totally satisfied with the college, and it is going to be better in a few years.

Faculty: Teachers in the college were cooperative and helpful. During the theoretical classes, teachers used projectors to teach so that the students can understand topics in a better way. They conducted additional classes for the students who needed it. They were very polite. Our principal sir was very good and cooperative.

Really good infrastructure and place.

Faculty: Teacher are too helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good in some subjects like food production and food and beverage service. But it's not much helpful in other subjects but it's not even bad in that. Teaching method is too good of food production of sir Rahul. We have to go for 4 months industrial training in all the four department in second year.

Really good infrastructure.

Faculty: It's a course of 3 years and is based on both bookish and practical knowledge. Most of the faculty in the college are too helpful and knowledgeable, and some of the faculty are not helpful, but overall it's good. We have to go for 4 months industrial training in a hotel from the department for exposure in the second year.

It is the best place to gain knowledge of the hotel industry.

Faculty: Our college is the best college in Shillong and faculty members are very friendly and caring. They teach what is needed and also provide extra knowledge so that it helps students in the future. It was not like going to the class for a formality. I liked going to classes more than hanging out with friends. The college offered different courses, and the best part was that we had both theory and practical classes in which I like to work.
