PhD (Physics) Jan 2025 applications are open till Jan 31, 2025, and written test & offline interviews of shortlisted candidates are to be held from Feb 26 to Feb 28, 2025.

IIT Indore offers PhD course across 16 specialisations. This course is taught through the three departments such as the Department of Engineering, Department of Science and Department of Humanities & Social Science. Apart from this, the institute also offers two dual degree courses namely, MTech-PhD and MSc-PhD, where students studying in either of the PG courses can convert their respective courses in the third semester into a dual degree. IIT Indore shortlists candidates based on GATE/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET score, followed by an interview round.
