This college is actually very nice, but we will face some problems with it.

Placements: Around 50% of students got placement, and obviously, good-grade students got placed more. The highest package, I would say, was ₹25,000-₹30,000 per month. There weren’t any top companies in which students got recruited. All students got internships from our college every year. Top roles include fashion designer, fashion manager, and media manager.

The reality of Lead and why should you choose it.

Placements: The college says that they provide 100% placement assistance. The highest package which I have heard of in BBA is 15lpa and the lowest packages go from 2.5-3lpa. Many big companies come to our campus to hire. Like Zomato, PS group, ITC etc. The main jobs we get are like internship based jobs.

My personal college experience: A guide for beginners.

Placements: I'm pursuing Medical Lab Technology and this course is actually new in our college, running for 2-3 years, so no students passed out yet but our seniors had internships and it is guaranteed for everyone. Placement assistance will be given but getting a placement is dependent on the candidate's performance. Other students from other courses in our college got placement in big industries like TCS and so yes, placement is given in our college. In MLT, after getting the job, there are various roles ...

Not that good placements, but very helpful faculty team.

Placements: Our college offers average placements. Only a few top students from each course get good offers; the rest get below-average offers. The highest salary offered last year was 9.5 LPA, while the average package was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and Deloitte.

Very dissatisfied with placements, but infrastructure and faculty are very good.

Placements: Our college promotes a lot about their placements, but in reality, the placement records are not so good. About 65% of our last-year students got placed. The highest salary offered was only 6 LPA, while the average was 2.5 LPA. Some of the roles offered were product assistant manager and quality check manager.

Great infrastructure and facilities are available but the teachers' behaviour needs to be improved!

Placements: Lead assures almost over 90% of the students of my course to be placed somewhere. The average package offered for my course is about 25 thousand rupees monthly. Most of the students belonging to my course got internships in authentic companies, as previously assured by the college.

The college has good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: In this course, very less students are placed in this college as far as I know. After a week, my 2nd year will be completed and so far, we didn't get any internship offers too. The top roles offered in this course are data scientist, analyst, ML engineer, etc.

Our college is the best place if you want to explore yourself and polish your skills.

Placements: Our college provides a number of internship opportunities to the students of Media Science from 2nd year onwards, which are even striped based. Some of the very recent recruiters are companies like Zee Media, SVf, Hoichoi, ABP News, etc. But I would like to mention that some companies fail to keep their commitment during work as well as during stipend time.

Good Infrastructure, facilities and faculty is Okay.

Placements: As of now, some students already got their placements and the rest are getting job offers from college. We got the offer of an INR 8,000- INR 15,000 per month package. Hitech Production House Topsia, Byzu, etc. Almost everyone got an opportunity of internship at Hitech Production House (Although it was free at starting) and some students also got internships from outside WFH. Roles offered - Graphic Designer, Animator, Storyboard Artist, etc.

It's an average college, but there are no placements because of the pandemic.

Placements: Placement opportunities have reduced due to the pandemic, but I think this is the same case everywhere. Mainly in marketing and in human resource fields, students get recruited from here. The average salary offered is around Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month. Both paid as well as unpaid internships are provided throughout the year.

Overall, our college is average. However, it's improving every year.

Placements: Placements in the college were average. The college provided placement offers but not to a great extent. However, the placement scenario in our college is changing slowly and is getting better every year.

Education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world.

Placements: Our senior batch placements were fair enough, and hoping for better placements for us and future batches. NDTV, Candid Communications Pvt Ltd., etc., are a few companies that visit the campus for placements. All the master students were given placements on the campus.

Satisfied with the faculty, but not with the placements.

Placements: The placements in our college are not satisfactory. The companies coming for the recruitment are not well-established. Being a media college, students expect to get jobs and internships in good news channels, but only some local Bengali channels come to the college for the recruitment.

A honest review on iLEAD as a college.

Placements: To be honest, the iLEAD did not give any placements to any student from my batch. During our batch, the placement cell has got changed and got used to provide us with internships in various small companies or say showrooms, which ultimately didn't excite my classmates. Therefore, we weren't happy with the placement cell, in fact, none of my batch mates was placed through college, in fact, they found their job themselves.

I am satisfied with my college but the placement did not suit my expectations.

Placements: I got an internship at Zotezo. It was a startup, I had a duration of 3 months in which my role was blogger and content writer. Sometimes, I had to do the marketing role too. Somehow, the environment wasn't adjustable and my expectations werent matched up. My experience was neutral. Due to my first internship, I got an idea about interviews and I became more confident.
