Q. How is the career in UX designing?

A. There is a huge demand for a UX designer and it is one of the top-paying careers around the world. The demand will in-fact grow to 8 times by 2024. Every company is now looking for designers for their product and marketing solutions. It has become the key to any business. This surely states the demand for a UX career.

• Information Architect – those who are good in data management should go for this job profile. Like putting the data or information in a very systematic way.
• Wire-framing Expert/Design Thinker – this is the highest paid profile in the UX industry. These people are responsible to think about the solutions and test the solutions. The biggest challenge that these people face is that any product might have millions of users who can be categorized in a thousand categories and must be having different needs, different pain points, and different goals to achieve from a particular product.
• UI Designer – someone who is good at deciding what a product should look like means to set up the look and feel of a product should go for this profile.
• Interaction Designer – A combination of third and fourth profile. Again a highly paid profile.
• Visual Designer – someone who is good at using tools like Photoshop, illustrator, etc. should go for this profile. This profile doesn’t require good English communication skills.
• Usability Analyst – someone who is good at understanding psychological concepts should go for this profile.
• UX Designer – when we combine all of the above-given profiles then a UX designer comes up

Note: Mostly, when fresher goes in the industry and they may get a choice to choose the profile or may not. It depends from company to company.

4.Nowadays, industry-led courses are more beneficial for students as students get good industry exposure as it is very tough for fresher candidates to get a job with a good salary package in the industry. Q. If I am belonging to the commerce field so how can I deal with this field?

A. For the commerce background students it’s one of the best fields because it has the profile of Information Architect for students who are good in management. Students can go for the profile of   Information Architect. An information architect is an enabler in the UX design team for the rest of the designers in the team by managing the data coming from the UX researcher and structuring it in an understandable & useful manner. 

Q. Will the internship be paid?

A.  Most of the internships are paid internships & the stipend ranges between (15K to 35K), and also when a student does an internship in any organization he gets well versed with the organization's hierarchy, system, and workflow. So, in most cases organizations also hire those students who have done internships in their organization as they don’t want to spend 6Months or 1 year in recruitment & training of a new student. 

Q. I am interested but I am not good at designing and art?

A. Yes absolutely you can go for the course as it's not about drawing, it’s all about reflecting your ideas on paper by making rough sketches, and marks are not subject to draw.
