It runs more of application oriented programs like field projects, seminars and various kind of activities which follows the current trend and can cater to the need of the industry. It’s a successful college in imparting knowledge to many many industry professionals today.

It's a very nice college campus. Full with greens and next to the Daya river is flowing which makes the view picture perfect. Developing infrastructure and very intellectual professors. But there was lack of planning and placements for that particular year was really poor. Even after doing an MBA they make us travel to Delhi for just a walk in interview for salesman.

PGDM is the most cherished program in IMIS. The Institute is one of the popular institutes in East India. By virtue of good faculty the basics of the institute is well chalked out for students. Has lesser exposure to different avenues of corporate work environment. Placements opportunities provided are not that satisfactory However recently institute have gone good change in terms of infra development.
