    {Source: MBBS students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from current students and alumni, here are some key points to consider:

    * Teaching Quality: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They use effective teaching methods, such as power point presentations and discussions, to facilitate learning.
    * Infrastructure: The college has a well-maintained hospital building with modern equipment, air-conditioned lecture halls, libraries, and laboratories. Hostels are separate for boys and girls, with decent infrastructure.
    * Scholarship Opportunities: The college offers scholarships to deserving students, making it easier for those who cannot afford tuition fees.
    * Placement Record: Approximately 150 students from the batch get placed, with placements based on their NEET results. Students can expect to receive internship opportunities and later, seats for post-graduation.
    * Course Curriculum: The course follows MCI guidelines, providing a solid foundation for future studies and career prospects.
    * Practical Learning: Practical training is emphasized throughout the program, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and develop clinical skills.
    * Pass Percentage: The pass percentage is relatively high at 95%.

However, there are some areas for improvement:

    * Hostel Life: Some students find the hostel life to be subpar, with complaints about poor food quality and limited amenities.
    * Canteen and Library Hours: The canteen hours could be improved, and the library operates within limited hours, which may inconvenience some students.

Overall, while Index Medical College Hospital and Research Centre has its strengths, it's essential for prospective students to weigh these factors against their individual needs and priorities when considering their options.

College is good. I'm satisfied by faculty and placements. Really good infrastructure.
Placements: 250 students are there in our batch. And college has its own university. Courses offered by college are MBBS, BDS dental, nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, B.A.M.S. Ayur-Veda college and hotel management was progressing now. Students got internship.
Infrastructure: Department was good. Lab was full of new apparatus. Classrooms are also good. Teaching by PPT slide share or by blackboard is the good medium for better understanding of topic. Canteen is present inside the college like Nescafe. Mess food is not oily.
Faculty: Teachers really appreciate the students and motivate them. We discuss topics with them which we don't understand. Exams are not difficult if we study regularly and do homework properly and maintain class notes regularly.
Other: I chose this course because of scholarship given by Madhya Pradesh government. Tuition fees are paid by government and hostel fees and mess fees paid by me.

It is the best college in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: About 150 students from our batch got placed. Placements are according to the NEET result, i.e., national eligibility exam test. We got recruited by the hospital for doing an internship, and then we had to give NEET PG exam to get the seat for post-graduation. We behave as interns.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. The hostel life is poor. It provides good sports and a poor canteen. Medical facilities and games are available. Few functions are organised. The college and hotel life is horrible. The library is open for a specific time.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult to pass. Vivas are conducted by externals, so they are more difficult. The pass percentage is 95%.
