Diploma in Handloom and Textile Technology - Batch of 2025

The best college for pursuing a diploma in handloom and textile technology.
Placements: Around 50–75% of students get placed every year. The highest offered package is 5 lacs per annum. And the lowest is 2.5 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Shahi Export, Hemant Singh, Raymond, Aditya Birla, and Creative Group. The top role offered is of general inspector.
Infrastructure: There is a multi-level building with full AC. Large A.C. classrooms, a free Wi-Fi campus, and full greenery on the campus are there. Hostel rooms are quite good. Each room has 2 beds and 2 study tables, along with a chair. 24x7 electricity is provided. There is a huge mess on the campus. There is a large area on the campus for games. Various games are available on campus.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. The exam pattern is quite hard but teachers help us study hard and pass the exam. 75% of students get passed every year. If the students study at this college, that means they are 100% ready for industry.
Other: I chose this course because there is a high opportunity for a job in this sector.

PG Diploma in Textile Processing - Batch of 2023

Overall, it is a good college.
Placements: In my batch about 80 percent of students were placed rest of students opted for higher studies. The highest package was about 3.25 lacks and the lowest was about 1.5 lacks and average package offered was 2.25lacks. The top recruiting companies were Shahi exports, himmatsingka, arvind etc. And the top roles offered was supervisor, shift incharge etc. Due to corona period our batch didn't get as much chances for the internship. But about 40%of students were provide internship also in hkv Banaras company. If you have to take job then surely you must take admission in this college. All the teachers are not supportive but yes many of them helps the students in every aspects. Our college has a very good infrastructure, library is also in good condition. All the labs are working and practical knowledge is compulsory given to students so that they excel in their companies. Also the hostels are in well maintained condition, but the quality of food here is the not so good and specially when you are coming from home you will definitely miss your mother's cooked food.
Infrastructure: Not very good and tasty food is provided to students everytime they complain about the food but the outcome is null. You have to manage it all and after some days your body will accept it. The Wi-Fi facilities are provided in the hostels as well in the class also.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and have a industrial experience of 1-5 years. Teaching quality is good but you know their is always an exception in everything. Course curriculum is very relevant to the industries. You may learn each concept very eagerly then definitely you will excel in industries. Semester exams are also not hard much but you should study atleast 3 hours daily before 20 days from the semester exams to excel in them.
Other: As the textile is the basic demand of human beings it will never comes to an end it is evergreen sector. You will never be jobless after passing out from this institute. The quality of food provided could be improved in hostels mess. And the teachers teaching methods could also be improved, as they are in hurry to complete their syllabus only, it all depends on you how hard you study and manage it all. Annually their is a sports meet programme. As our campus don't have any playground we have only volleyball court and badminton court. Their are a lot of extra curricular activities are done here. Market is located at a distance of 1 km approximately. You need to travel about 500 m on your own for any public transport.
