Placements: IIIT Kottayam is offering multiple placement opportunities to students of computer science and engineering. Almost 70–80% of the students get placements at this college. Placements: Analyzing placement trends over recent years shows consistent growth. Success rates have increased from 75% in 2020 to 85% in 2021, reaching 90% in 2022. Factors like enhanced industry partnerships and tailored career services have contribute to this upward trend.

Placements: Approximately 90% of students successfully secured placements. The maximum salary package extended was 58 LPA, while the average stood at 12 LPA. A total of 72 companies participated in the recruitment process last year. A minimum CGPA of 7.5 was necessary for students to be eligible for placements. The college does not offer on-campus internships. Various roles, such as SDE and SWE, were made available to students during the placement season.

Placements: The placements will commence from the 7th semester, with approximately 90% of students securing placements. The average package offered is about 10 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 50 lakhs and above.
