Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Die and Mould Making - Batch of 2024
4.2
4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
The infrastructure and other things are all good and I'm satisfied.
Placements: 1) There were more than 50 students placed in my course. 2) the highest is upto 45 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 10 Lacs per annum and average is 15 Lacs per annum. 3) Industrial companies and companies like car manufacturers like Honda, Suzuki. 4) At least 30% got internship in top industrial companies. 5) Mechanical engineering.
Infrastructure: 1) There were labs for each and every branch like cadcam lab, electronic lab for electrical Diploma students. A library was also there. Two workshops with different machines for tool and die and die mould practice for students. 2) The facilities of hostel were poor as they weren't that much good. The food used to be okay. Used to be less sports.
Faculty: 1) The teachers were overall good but some teachers were really lack in knowledge. 2) Yes it was relevant many students got jobs in good industries. 3) The exam used to be tough for average students but they included other marks as well of workshop which used to BEAT least 200. And every subject has 50 marks and 50 marks of assessment with a total of 1200 marks out of which the minimum requirement was 400 marks.
Other: 1) I choose this because I wanted to continue as an engineer. The best thing is that we get good information regarding machines. 2) Teachers should be a little more knowledgeable. 3) Few events took place like dance, sports and other activities included NCC AND NSS training. Scholarship was for the bright students.
