M.Pharma	Candidate must have completed Graduation in Pharmacy with above mentioned aggregate marks. The mentioned SC/ST percentage is for Madhya Pradesh residents. D.Pharma	Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology as optional subjects Candidates who had passed 10+2 with grace marks in any subject can also apply provided they have scored mentioned aggregate marks excluding grace marks. Candidates completing 10+2 with grading system, should have grades equivalent to mentioned aggregate marks.
B.Pharma	Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology as optional subjects Candidates who had passed 10+2 with grace marks in any subject can also apply provided they have scored mentioned aggregate marks excluding grace marks. Candidates completing 10+2 with grading system, should have grades equivalent to mentioned aggregate marks.
