Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2025
4.6
4Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Reviewing IBMRD's Academics and Campus Life.
Placements: Around 70 percent of our seniors and a few of my current batch students got placements and were placed for a Masters of Business Administration course. The highest package received was around 11 Lacs per year, and the minimum or average was 6 Lacs per year. The top recruiting companies were Exide, Byjus, HDFC, etc. Almost every student got an internship according to the course they selected.
Infrastructure: We have great infrastructure available in our college, with good parking, spacious classrooms with smart learning facilities, computer labs, a library, playground, and cafeteria. The quality of the hostels is good; girls and boys have different hostels with security.
Faculty: The teachers and professors are really helpful towards students and are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality by some teachers is just amazing. The course curriculum is relevant and does make us industry or job-ready. The difficulty levels of semester exams depend on the students' study.
Other: I am pursuing this course as I am passionate about learning marketing techniques and skills. The best thing about this course is I am understanding companies' marketing techniques.

I strongly recommend going to another college if you want to get good knowledge.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any on-campus placements. The placement cell is also not interactive. No company visit the college for recruiting the students. No placement drive was organised here ever since the college is established.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is of low quality. Classrooms are good, but other facilities are not available here. Our college doesn't provide any Wi-Fi facility. Sports and gym facilities are also not available. The quality of the hostels are bad, and the college administration always gets confused about their work. This is a severe problem for the students who took admission from this college.
Faculty: The college fee is Rs. 1,07,000 per annum. The government of Maharashtra provides scholarships. They don't even conduct internal exams. They don't even organise guest lectures, and it is such a boring college. The college is not meant for the education; they are just doing business.
Other: They only provide scholarships. Event organised were very boring.

Not really satisfied with the college.
Placements: In the name of placement, there is nothing. Some information technology companies hire students off-campus. Placement cell brought Pune-based private companies in which marketing and mostly sales jobs were given. The average package is 2.2 lacs. 30% students were placed. 3 students in the Shriram group are management trainees. 10 students got sales jobs, and some got Byju's sales job.
Infrastructure: There are some good and bad things about college, like a lack of basic facilities like water and cleaning. No Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms have one projector for every department. The campus is not maintained and is not a good sports ground. The hostel is on a first-come, first-served basis, with admission preference given to first-year students. Hostel fees is 22k and 1k deposit and mess deposit is 1k. The food quality is medium.
Faculty: Teachers are good anyone can ask anything without getting comfortable; they are very friendly. The college is behind in the old-age curriculum; it is not used anymore. College is more focused on marks and theory exams than students development. The semester is for 4 months, in which many internal exams are from college. Savitribai Phule, Pune University, conducts an external exam.
Other: Placement is very bad. Sometimes the whole batch is not placed.

Other: Good points: 1) Provides laptop in scholarships. 2) Result based scholarships.
Negative points: 1) Basic amenities are missing like drinking water. 2) Doesn't give back 5,000/- Deposit. 3) Forceful FB result promotion. 4) Forces students to attend RSS events, to show crowd in front of politics. 5) Internet Wifi is too slow, less than 0.5 Mbps.

Other: The college provides 2 courses MBA, and MCA if you want to take admission into this college I strongly recommended you against it. The college atmosphere, environment, and infrastructure is good but for everything in college you need to struggle. And one thing, you can’t grow overall. The worst thing being that the college won’t provide any placements.
