Placement is good but don't expect must from campus infrastructure.

Placements: Placement is pretty good, the highest package is approax 40lac and the lowest 2.85 lacs, most students gets 3.45 lac package. Most of us got placed including me. This year 1-2 company black list our college because none join the company. As I have told, placement of senior is also good. And yes there is placement cell in our college and teachers there is so cooperative.

Go for it if you want to pursue a better career.

Placements: For CSE/IT. There is 95% placement. Rest 5% are under qualified. Average package of 4lakhs/annum. Huge scope to learn new things, events, competitions, debates, and technology. Any one can rely on his/her career as it provides lists of companies for students. In my batch Almost every one got a job of around 3.5 average. The highest package was 40lakhs for 3 girls in Adobe. The lowest was 3.36 by TCS.

IEM is the best private engineering college in West Bengal.

Placements: Till date, the college has maintained the placement record above 95%. Last year, I was the placement volunteer. In the ECE department, except 15 students, all the others were placed. TCS was the mass recruiter last year. For our batch, the placement activities have already begun. The college arranges a special class for aptitude programming language and many other core subjects.

Worth the money college, don't expect too much.

Placements: Placement is not so luring, but for deserving folks, nothing can stop them either. Being in the middle of the software hub, companies such as TCS, wipro, CTS, infosys and all major recruiters visit here for placements. Some high paying software as well as electronic companies also visits for some 10-20 hard-toiled candidates. Overall placements record is something in between 60-70.

Satisfied because of its location, placement and faculty.

Placements: The main advantage of iem is its placement. The placement records are out of the charts. Iem provide 100% placement as it located in mid of the IT hub. The major recruiters are tcs, cognizant etc. As I know, 350 of my seniors are placed in TCS as it has tie up with iem and has MOU. The lowest package was 3.15 by tcs. The highest package was 1 crores that is amazon but that was not campus placement that was off campus.

Best BBA college in Kolkata.

Placements: In our college, 76% of the students were placed. The highest salary package they offered was Rs. 76000, and Rs. 12000 was the lowest salary. Many companies have visited our college like TATA, Mahindra, BBM, Wipro, etc. Only five kinds of job roles were offered to the students. 55% of the students have got the internship from our college.

Privilege of studying in IEM.

Placements: The college promises students for a 100% placement in every stream available in the college. Currently, I am studying in 3rd year, so for the past 2 years, the placement record is very good. Great companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro come to college every year for placements and also offer a very good package to students. They are always very happy and proud of each and every student who sits for their placements. Our college helps every student to be fully prepared for t...

Satisfied with the placements and quality of faculty members.

Placements: Talking about the internships, our department has 100% placement, except for those who want to do it on their own. At the placements all the students who sit for the placement drive get a job at least. During my course, Wipro, BPO, Bajaj Capital, Concentrix and other companies have visited our college. The placement records are improving every year.

If you want a job after your graduation then you are welcome here.

Placements: The well known college for it's placement. Here in this college the placement is near about 100 percent. The whole curriculum is based on MAKAUT university. IEM has good corporate relation. Every year the placement season starts from the month of August or September. Near about 6k to 7k students sit for the placement. Almost all the students get placed in companies. The hiring companies which usually come for campusing are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Adobe, PWC etc. Most of them offer an average packag...

Placements: CSE, It, Me, get a good placement in this college. CSE has got around 4 Lacs package on average. Overall placement is good. There is only one thing in this college is the discipline you have to follow. CSE and it branch student have got 3 to 4 Lacs an average.

Good place if just getting a job is your only motto!

Placements: In 2013 batch, 99% got placed, in 2014 97% got placed, in our batch as well 96% got placed, there is no doubt about getting placed in mass recruitment companies as Trainee Engineer. The lowest salary was 2 LPA whereas the highest salary was 9PLA. 10% got exposure to internship though, mainly in web development. The highest stipend 15k, the lowest 4k, and average was 5k. There is a placement cell but not of much use. They can only bring mass recruiter like TCS and no product companies or startup...

The college has a satisfactory percentage of placement and the faculty members are really helpful.

Placements: IEM is better than any other private engineering colleges in terms of placement. The number of core companies coming for recruitment is very few and they only recruit 5-6 students. IT companies mostly come for recruitment as mass recruiters. The college provides pre placement training to the students to make the students aware of the standard of questions they will be facing during the interviews. In the past years placement percentage was much higher, but from the current year IEM and Uem will ...

After 4 years in this college, this is what I feel about the poor infrastructure and good placement.

Placements: IEM boasts itself of 100% placements. This is partially true. CSE, IT and ECE branches get nearly 90% placement. But, in mechanical, electrical it is not good. Hardly 2-3 core companies like (Sankalp semiconductors, SAP) visit here. Most of the students are placed in TCS, CTS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, CAPGEMINI, PWC, NRI FINTECH etc. Few companies like ARW offers a high package of 10 LPA. The placements here are much better than any other private college.

Good Job but poor campus life.

Placements: Institute of Engineering and Management offers one of the best placements opportunities as compared to other private institutions. The highest package bagged by meritorious students is nearly 30-40 lack per annum every year or the other. On an average a package of 3-4 lack per annum is provided to the students placed via Campus placements. Companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, ADOBE, SATYAM etc. Are the one recruiting most of the candidates. IEM has a well-equipped placement cell which provides a ...

Good placement record in 2017-2018.

Placements: Placements for CSE, IT and ECE branches are good. Almost all the students secure atleast one job. And many students get more than 2 job offers. The software companies include TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Direct, Softlink, Mindtech. This year 4 students got a package of 22LPA in Adobe.

Institute of engineering and management reviewed.

Placements: Like all other colleges, even this college claims to have 100%placements. Over the years, the same has also been validated. If you are looking out for CSE and IT departments, this is probably one of the most prominent colleges in eastern india and is highly recommended if you are looking for a job only after completing college. This year as per knowledge, the highest package is from CSE and is of 40lakhs.

A premier Institute fully focused on the placement, rules and education.

Placements: Placements is the only motto and focus of our college. As per the previous records 1 or more than one jobs are provided to each student. Ofcourse this based on the capability of the student. But one thing I can assure you, that the level of pre placement trainings and teaching are very good which is rarely provided by any other institute. No doubt in case of placements, this is the ultimate among all private colleges in west Bengal.

Placements: The placement record is good. More than 95% students were placed last year with an average package of 5 LPA and the highest package was 15 LPA. Many good companies such as TCS and Infosys visit the college and offer good jobs. The college has its own placement cell which helps students in grabbing job opportunities.

Placements: Placement of our college is way better than any private institution of West Bengal. Almost 85-90% of our students got placed. Many seniors got more than one job offers as well. Average package is about 5.3 Lacs per annum. 2015 saw 100% placement from ECE, IT & CSE. Our college has a capable placement cell to provide best possible stage for students to get placed in various IT sector as well as CORE companies.
