Fake placements with fake interview processes.

Placements: Fake placements. Never ever join this college You will get placed but later no company will hire you. You will get big hoardings saying that students get placed in IBM, Infosys, TCS, etc. but that's all fake. In fact, in my batch around 8 students got a package of 23 lakhs but after completing the college we got to know that it was fake and no student got placed.

Truth about the college and a real review of the system.

Placements: Overall, it is good. Many IT companies come to the campus offering a good package of around 3 LPA. For other departments, companies are very few. The highest salary package is around 6 LPA and the lowest you can say is around 1,20,000 as there are too many engineering candidates available. So, companies hire them offering lower packages.

In short. Learning in IET is not about study only but also about building our future.

Placements: Our college has provided us with very good opportunities for placements. I am very happy with the placement process in our college. Most of the students have been placed in good companies in our college. Some are startups, some are MNCs too. Almost 30 companies visited our campus in this session. I am satisfied with the placement process in our college. The placement Dean is also very supportive. Very good companies visit our college like Bigstep, Metacube, IBM BPO, Clicklabs, Aon-Hewitt, CSC, C...

Very much dissatisfied with the faculty and management, studying isn't interactive.

Placements: Placement of our college is average, but very few companies with technical backgrounds come, most of them are BPOs, operations, sales companies. The highest salary package was 4.0 lacs per annum and the lowest was 12,000 rupees per month. The average salary package was 2.0 lacs per annum. Students have to go for internships on their own.

Good infrastructure but losing it's reputation due to faculties and low placements.

Placements: The placement is decreasing year by year as very few companies are coming. From our batch of 123 students, only 17 students got selected. The companies which are coming are not much good and offer low packages. This year they tied up with some companies which provide tests and on the basis of these test scores, students can apply for jobs. These companies are Amcat, Cocubes. Still, very few people were placed because TPO is not much interested in placements. Not even 10 companies visited our cam...

Satisfying placements and good infrastructure experience.

Placements: On an average, the placement rate is 50%. Last year, the highest salary offered was 6 lakhs p.a. and the minimum salary was 1.8 lakhs p.a. The average salary offered was in between 2.4 lakhs p.a. and 2.6 lakhs p.a. The companies which visited the campus are not very big brands but those were not that bad too. Those companies can be good to start your career if you are looking for a reputed organization.

I am satisfied with my college because of the environment and the facilities.

Placements: My college had good placements but it was not enough for all the students. The average salary package is about 2.4 LPA. Now the college works to get the top companies to visit in the campus for placements. The roles offered to the students is engineer trainee in most of the cases. There are good opportunities for the electronics and computer science students.

IET is the first private college of engineering in Rajasthan. It was good at my times but now a days, I don’t think it would be a good option for engineering. There is no placement drive in IET. You need to search it. At my time also, not a single company visited for placement. Coming on to the faculty, they used to have good professors but now have left. Infrastructure is good as they have good classrooms, library and well maintained labs.

IET is the first private engineering college in Rajasthan and has the position among the top ten colleges in Rajasthan. The faculty is good as compared to the other colleges. This college has good contacts with the industry leaders like TCS, L&T and with the BPO sector, who visit our college every year for the placements.

College campus is very nice and large. Environment is palatable. Faculty is very friendly and motivational. Seniors are also supportive. Basic facilities are also available in the campus like Bank, ATM, stationary etc. Even though the campus facilities and exposure which it provides through its events are fabulous. Placements are only average. The faculty is not up to the mark and even the college crowd is not so great. I will not recommend this college to others.

College was very enlightening. It opened my mind to new thoughts and ideas. It exposed me to other individuals from different places and expanded my world. It challenged my ability to achieve goals. It expanded my knowledge base and gave me more confidence. I learned that I could begin projects and achieve higher standards. Through all my hard work, I achieved high scores and that opened doors for me to walk into a highly professional career. I still vividly remember my first day in college. I w...

When I was searching for a college for admission in B. Tech, CS in 2012. I found this college from shiksha.com and I took admission in IET, Alwar in 2012 in CS branch. IET, Alwar is first private college in Rajasthan. If we compare all colleges of Alwar, there is no doubt that IET, Alwar is best college among all. The Best thing that I loved about IET is faculty support. If you want to do or learn something new all faculty will support you.

Placements: I graduated with Electrical Engineering, and 80% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was 3.6 LPA, the lowest was 2.4 LPA, and the average package was 3 LPA. Top recruiters included Wipro, etc. 80% of students secured internships at Wipro, and roles like web developers were offered.
