This college is a hub for quality education.

Placements: At least 60% of the students get placed every year through this institution. It has a capability to provide fresh and creative talent every year to the industry. One of the students of this college is a chef in the Rashtrapathi Bhavan. The salary package depends on placement criteria of each company.

The infrastructure and placements need to be improved. Faculty members are good.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent, and around 90-100% of students get placed. But the placement cell needs to ensure that the companies visiting the campus for placements are looking for IHM graduates only. The placement cell should put a minimum package bar as many companies are offering very low salary packages. Retail, airlines, hotels, travel industry and other service provider companies are few of the industries visiting IHM, Bangalore.

IHM, Bangalore is a perfect place for hoteliers to nourish their future with high level faculty.

Placements: The placements are great. Many international and Indian hotel brands come for on-campus placements. Various retail and corporate companies come as well. There is a limitation of only one cruise line company coming to the college. The students are not internationally placed directly from the institute. Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, Inland Cruise, Mc Donalds, Bata, Tommy Hilfiger, etc, including 53 more companies. Students get operational and management training. 90%+ students are plac...

I have good memories in this college. Earlier, I didn't like it, but I like it now.

Placements: The placement record is outstanding from the last 4-5 years. The faculty are good except for the office staff. Many hotels and companies do come for placements. The placement record is quite good, you need not worry about your placement.

Overall, the college is good. The way of teaching of the faculty are good.

Placements: The placement is very good as compared to other IHMs all over India the placement % is almost near to 100 for my seniors, and most of the time it has been 100%. It's a hotel management course, so a lot of five-stars and four-star hotels are called for the placements. Our college also calls many retail companies for the placement of our students which includes companies like Bata, McDonald's, Domino's etc.

IHM Bengaluru, My 2nd innings.

Placements: Placements are really great. 100% placement from past 3 years now. Takes entire last year for the tedious interviews to end but it's worth the effort and the time. Too much to absorb and portray. Loads of opportunities. Great placement team in place to ensure great recruiters and smooth flow of interviews. MT programmes offered in multiple areas than just core operations areas.

A very good learning experience.

Placements: The placements in the college were very good. Not only hotels visit the campus, but you also have QSR's, Fashion outlets, corporates etc. Most of the students get placed. Even if you don't get placed, then the placement coordinator or even other professors will help you in getting you placed. Now, I would like to highlight that unlike most professional courses HM will not pay you well initially, however after a few years (3-4) when you get promoted then your salary will increase drastically.
