The biggest mistake is taking admission in this college.

Placements: Enrolling in this college is a significant milestone for me, although I have no expectations for placement. It's amusing to think that if they can't even provide training, how can they guarantee placement? However, I believe that completion of the course is the only requirement, and placement at this college is unnecessary. Taking admission here might be seen as a major error.

Don't take admission in this college.

Placements: It is strongly advised against enrolling in this college, as the true nature of the institution becomes apparent only after admission. Unfortunately, this college does not provide a six-month internship for medical courses. It is crucial to avoid mistakenly choosing this college and not relying on their placement opportunities.

Totally degraded college. MAKAUT should cancel the affiliation.

Placements: They take lots of money but the placement provides an internship. Talk about placements. Life has become bad after taking admission to this college. Teachers are not taking classes properly. No lab equipment is present for practical classes. The worst college ever.

Best for labs and teaching quality but food needs to be improved a bit.

Placements: Above 70% of students got placed in our college last year and they also did six months of internships in proper companies with their passion. The highest salary was at 14 LPA, which one of my senior friends got last year with immense quality and dedication. Companies like Google and Microsoft always come to provide internship offers.

Satisfied with the college's potential.

Placements: 45% of students get placed every year. Whenever there is a graduation ceremony, lots of companies come before or after that occasion. The highest package is 56 LPA; in my field, the average salary is only 5 LPA; and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft and others, like top local startups like medical engineers, etc. The top roles, if I can remember, were medical instruments analyst, medical lab technician, etc.

Best college for Business studies and Medical.

Placements: In our department, only 56% of students got placed last year, as not many companies came and their requirements were so high and not within their course. The highest package is 5 LPA, the average is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 1 LPA. Last year, from my depth, only 34 students got internships from college and the rest tried from outside. The top roles offered are medical engineers.

Very good in teaching but not satisfied with classrooms and labs.

Placements: Only 17% of students get placed every year. Lots of companies come every year, but they select only a few students from my course. Only companies like those that want people for hospital management and nursing come every year. The highest salary is 7 LPA, the average is 6 LPA and the lowest is 0.99 LPA.

Very bad experience in placements.

Placements: The placement is the worst one. No direct placements, as promised before admission. Companies come very rarely, and most of the time we have to try off-campus for jobs. In off-campus mode, we have to face too many problems. The placement percentage is not more than 20%.

The management is the worst and not helpful.

Placements: There are no placements in reality. Only 30–40 percent of students get jobs after the placements. Most of the time, recruiting companies come here to get employees with the lowest salaries. I will not recommend this college because the inside is totally different from the outside.

Good but needs some urgent changes.

Placements: Our course is a combination of critical care unit and medical instruments unit. They teach us both. Students have the option to apply for jobs in both of these fields. The placement percentage is almost one hundred per cent. But some students get internships in private hospital like apollo, PG, etc.

Best college for B.Sc. courses.

Placements: The placement cell is working very hard to give us placements, and they have already arranged 10+ placement drives where 100+ students have already gotten their jobs. Now they are doing their internships, and they only come to take exams. The package is very good; it is approximately INR 5 LPA in Kolkata, which is a very good number in this location.

Best college for BMLT with low fee.

Placements: The placement starts from the pre-final semester but the training starts in the first semester. In the BMLT course, our college gives us regular training for students. They provide 98% placements and also they help us to gain more practical knowledge.

Need serious improvements otherwise average.

Placements: Zero placement facility. The companies usually just come and placements are arranged but no student is taken in maximum case. They provide various programs to improve our placements but it is worthless because they do not maintain proper routine. It can be improved then I will give 5 stars.

Our college is very beautiful.

Placements: IMS is one of the largest colleges in Kolkata. The college has several departments but all courses are not good for placements. The placement percentage is almost 100 per cent but needs improvements in collaboration with good companies. The highest package was 10 LPA in 2023.

Our college is not suitable for our paramedical course.

Placements: Campus placements start in the college from the end of 2nd year. Average package was offered here. Top recruiting companies were like SAP labs, Deloitte, TCS accenture, zs associate etc. Around 90% of students got placed. Try to keep at least 70 percent marks throughout the course for eligibility.
