Review of Institute of Management and Technology, Faridabad.

Placements: Around 15 to 20% of students got placed. The highest package offered was around 3.5 LPA. The lowest package was around 1.6 LPA. There are no internships for Bachelor of computer application students as far as I have seen. Students need to be very much aware of the present world's requirements and get prepared for it by all means.

It is a good college for students.

Placements: Our college has good placements. There is also a good placement cell. Placement faculty members prepare the students according to the current industry situation. They also train students in well-manners. Some popular companies visit the campus to hire students.

The college is good at infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: IMT has a placement cell in the college campus, and there are some faculty members who prepare students for the placement purpose. However, they are not providing this facility in a better way. Only some of the MSME types of companies visit here to hire students. It is not a good college for placement purpose.

I am not satisfied with the college.

Placements: The college provides placement opportunities, but you can get a better job yourself than college placements. I got many offers through off-campus which were better than college placements. So placements in our college were not good. Mostly they invite call centre type companies for placements.

Pros: a) Excellent campus facilities without any doubt. b) Delhi/NCR elite crowd and campus life is cool too. Cons: a) Hefty fees. Although college offers scholarships to a few minority families, but the fees is too high considering that there is no hostel facility provided by the college and PG prices are sky high. b) Campus placements are decent but mostly it depends on the students. None the less, college gives ample opportunities. It should be better in Mechanical and ECE branches. c) No RnD...
