Campus life in Siksha 'O' Anusandhan.
Placements: Mostly, 95% of students pass in our course, and a few just score lower marks. We get placements in Sum Ultimate Medicare and Sum Hospital, which are linked to our institution only. We perform the role of nurses in the hospital. The highest salary can go up to 6-7 LPA, and the lowest is about 1.5 LPA. All the students probably get internships in our hospital only, and they perform well.
Infrastructure: B.Sc. nursing is a great course and a great choice for those who are pursuing it. Our college and hostel have a very clean environment with a proper Wi-Fi connection, and the college has large classrooms with LED screens. The library has a lot of books, and students can read peacefully in that environment. Our hostel is a nice place, and the girls' and boys' hostels are separate here. The food provided by the mess is really hygienic, and the meal menu alternates every 6 months. For medical facilities, our hospital provides an ambulance and free treatment for all the students studying here. We also have a playground on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and have great knowledge with good teaching skills. The teachers are very nice to the students. This course curriculum is very relevant. The students become very industrious because of the teachers and their mock tests. The semesters are a bit tough, and 95% of students pass with good percentages.
Other: I had a dream from childhood to pursue in medical, so I chose to do B.Sc. nursing. The best thing about this course is that we can get a job just by completing the course. One thing that could be improved is the salary; it's very low according to the work we perform. Many events and fests are held on our campus by both students and staff. The campus accommodates about 5000 students, and the environment is very calm. Students who scored 80% in 12th grade get scholarships from the university. For students who come from abroad, they get 100% scholarships here to study.

    Overall, complete dissatisfaction.
Placements: Only 10% of students were placed, and that too in their own hospital. They promised to provide placements in other startups, which they did. However, they graded the final year very strictly, maintaining an average of 65%, which was very disappointing despite performing well in the exams.
Infrastructure: The facilities were subpar. The hostel and canteen were quite disappointing, not living up to the promised standards. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, causing significant challenges in carrying out research work. Additionally, faculty members often neglected to conduct classes, making us sit in the classroom for extended periods.
Faculty: While some faculty members were excellent, the classes were highly irregular. The scoring system was flawed, and they never showed us any exam papers. Furthermore, there was a considerable amount of partiality among them. The exam questions were poorly constructed, although some teachers were proficient at teaching.
Other: It is suggested that a student committee be established to address and consider the needs of the students.
