It is an average college and you can join for nursing.
Placements: In our college, there are 40 students in a batch of B.Sc. nursing. There are courses like B.Sc Nursing, GNM, and PB B.Sc nursing that are available for recruitment. The salary package offered was quite good. A student got an internship at our college at a nearby government hospital (Kalyani JNM Hospital). There are 800 students in total.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Hostel facilities are good. Food is not good. There is a demonstration room, pediatrics medical, surgical community, and nutrition laboratories.
Faculty: There are good faculty members in our college. The pass percentage is 50%. A semester system is available in our college. It prepares students for job purposes. Exams are also conducted annually. Both theory and practicals are important. There are clinical instructors available. We have an assistant coordinator, an associate coordinator and a vice principal. Students do not have administrative rights to be accommodated and teachers are not student-friendly.
Other: The course needs to be more comprehensive. The college surrounding is not good. There are industrial areas.

At the time of admission, the candidates presently employed by the West Bengal State Govt. will have to follow the then applicable TR Rules of the WB State Govt. The candidates presently employed by the West Bengal State Govt. must have at least 3 years' qualifying uninterrupted/ regularized experience in Govt. service as on the last date of application.
