The aim of the college was to prepare students for a variety of roles in the Aviation industry. March 28, 2024: Recently, students from Kolkata's International School of Hospitality Management (ISHM) went on an educationally enriching field trip to the well-known Sula Vineyards in Nashik, Maharashtra.
The ISHMians visited Sula Vineyards with faculty members in tow, delving into the complex craft of winemaking. It was an unforgettable and eye-opening event for all. The field trip was a suitable complement to their academic programme, offering real-world knowledge about the subtleties of the wine business.
The students had the chance to see the whole winemaking process at Sula Vineyards, from grape cultivation to bottling, up close. As they were taken throughout the expansive estates of the vineyard, they were taught about the many grape kinds, viticulture methods, and the importance of terroir in determining wine characteristics.
