In ISB&M we study hard and party harder is the only quote we follow and it is true here.
Placements: The campus placement process is currently ongoing, with approximately 80% of students already placed. I was fortunate enough to secure a placement at Bira91, a highly reputable FMCG company in the beverages industry. The highest package offered in my batch so far is 18LPA, while the average stands at 8LPA. Notable recruiting companies include PwC, Motilal Oswal, Nerolac, Trident, and more.
Infrastructure: Our campus boasts excellent organization and furnishings, with Wi-Fi available in every room. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, and the library is meticulously structured. Additionally, our hostel provides top-notch facilities. Jayanta da, our mess head, ensures that we are served high-quality food, although occasionally we opt to dine out due to the repetitive menu.
Faculty: The professors excel in their respective fields, and many of them hold doctorates in their specific subjects. The semester exams are structured into six trimesters, occurring every three months, fostering a sense of competitiveness among students for their future pursuits.
Other: I opted for PGDM to improve my interpersonal and communication skills, as they form the foundation of any corporate environment. Additionally, the program offers numerous opportunities for students to enhance their presentation skills and grow on a daily basis.
