ITM IDM admissions begin with the opening of application window. Moving on to selection, candidates need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the institute. Below is step-wise ITM Institute of Design and Media admission process:
STEP 1: ITM IDM Application Process 2025
Candidates after completing Class 12 can apply for ITM IDM admissions. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for the entrance exam. They need to register and fill out the application form for admission.
STEP 2: Entrance Exam
ITM IDM conducts ITM IDM Common Intelligence Test (CIT) for admission to BDes programme. It is a two-hour test conducted in online and offline mode. ITM IDM Common Intelligence Test (CIT) syllabus includes topics like Basic Mathematics & Quantitative Ability, etc. Whereas the portfolio screening and/or a situation test focuses on Articulation Skills, Design Thinking, Lateral Thinking & Creative Problem Solving, Awareness of Design Principles, etc.
STEP 3: Selection
Once the entrance exam is over, selected candidates need to appear for portfolio screening and interview rounds. Evaluation is done for around 15 to 30 minutes.
