I am very much satisfied with its teaching staff but the administration is not good.
Placements: Around 60% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Various recruiting companies hire as a legal advisory. Most of the students get internships in many different companies like Judicial services.
Infrastructure: This college provides a good infrastructure with a moot court, library, and seminar hall maintained very well. There is a girls' hostel but it is closed due to some reason. The boys' hostel is not provided. The canteen is there with good food and it is well-maintained. The environment is hygienic in this college.
Faculty: This college provides excellent teaching quality with friendly teachers who are very helpful and knowledgeable. This course prepares the students from the very beginning in the field of law. The semester exam is difficult, but the teaching staff makes it easy for the students with their teachings.
Other: I chose this course because I made my mind to study law from the very beginning, and the best things about this course is that it makes the course easy with multiple degree and it saves 1 year. The semester system and this college administration can be improved. Events, fests, campus crowd, campus surroundings, and extracurricular activities are good. There is no specific scholarships provided by this college.

Overall it is the best college best with excellent infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our college was established in the year 1969. The J. B. law college is one of the leading law colleges in Northeast India, imparting legal education since its inception in the year 1969. Around 75% of the students got placed in our course. The fee charged in our course is minimum Rs. 11,000 or a maximum of Rs. 13,000. There are no such recruiting companies for our course, as because after completing our course we can directly join in court for practices and also we can apply for companies as a legal adviser in banks, Railways government jobs, etc. None of the students got internships in companies from our course because after completing our course we can directly join in court under senior advocate as an intern for practice, after completing 3 years or more than that we can apply for companies, banks, etc., as a legal adviser. Our college offered a good education.
Infrastructure: The college had its campus with multistoried RCC buildings with classrooms, common rooms, auditorium, moot court hall, library, seamless internet connectivity, office room, canteen, etc. We had all the modern facilities. Students were endowed with modern infrastructure. There were no such hostels in our college, but we can leave in PGs and hostels outside our college. The quality of the food served was good, and we can also cook by our self. The canteen was good and hygienic. We have many hospitals near our college, and a legal aid clinic was also inaugurated for needy persons. Sports, debate, etc., were also well organised in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They are very cooperative and good. Some of them were PhD holders in law, and some were pursuing it. They were the best in their work and also had very good teaching experiences. The course curriculum was relevant
Other: I chose this course as a career because it is a very challenging field and has fundamentals of life and liberty. Its help us to know the awareness of rights responsibility, financial stability, etc. The best thing about this course is that it helps us to understand legal points, to know about master critical thinking, strong reasoning and analytical skills, etc. I wish there were electronic projectors in every classroom, etc. Our college organised every event, fest, extracurricular activities, cultural programme, and debate competition. The campus surroundings were very good and refreshing, and it had every valuable thing we need. The campus crowd was normal, and students can give 100% to their studies. We also had moot court for our better practises legal aid camp.

I am satisfied with the institution, and dissatisfied because of lack of practical exposure.
Placements: No placements are being offered by the institution. Students look out for themselves for internships and real courtroom experiences. B.A. LL.B (Hons) is an integrated course, and I've taken Corporate Law as Hons. No companies are walking in the college offering jobs, but the LL.M. course probably provides a sort of recruitment facilities for the students.
Infrastructure: Separate classes are available for the Hons classes. Facilities like a library, a gym, auditorium, canteen and the basic requirements that are needed are available in a college. The institute doesn't have hostel facilities. The food is fairly good though a few incidents of misconduct have been noted a few times in the past and actions have been taken to improve the conditions. Annual sports and cultural curriculum are held and organised by the institution from time to time.
Faculty: Staff is helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is fairly good, but it can be improved. The course curriculum is relevant and interactive, but as students of law, we can only be industry-ready once we have practical exposure.
Other: I have chosen these course B.A. LL.B. (Hons) because ATIT meets the ends of my criteria, career-wise. Personally, I think a moot court experience would be much better than sitting at the library reading textually. We should be able to apply the knowledge we inherit. Events and fests are organised on the campus, and the campus crowd is friendly and helpful. The surrounding is okay, gardens are maintained. The campus is cleaned daily. Extracurricular activities are also held and supported by the institution from time to time.

Very much disappointed with the ongoing conditions of the college.
Placements: It seems that many students passed out with flying colours from this very college, but now it has changed a lot. I haven't even got a glimpse of any word called "placement or some kind of internship" from anyone from the college authorities. Moreover, the clerks working within the office aren't qualified enough to make them sit there and thus makes the official works very much time-consuming.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but the problems stand out tall during summer and rainy season as it gets flooded. Apart from that, there's a drain just back of the college that stinks a lot when it's in overflowing condition, it creates a lot of foul smell and hence making it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. A meagre number of people is only holding the Wi-Fi which is meant for all the students of the college. The condition of the classrooms are not good, many of the desks and benches are shaky. The quality of the food in the canteen is not good, and sometimes they don't cook well and serve half cooked.
Faculty: The courses offered here are good, and to a lot of extents, the faculty does a good work. But there might be instances where students from out of state might face difficulty in going with the local Assamese dialect with respect to the teaching style. Thus it might result in causing problems to the student. We've a 3-storey building in the college, but only the 1st floor is where classes are being taken, leaving the other top floors without any use. The moot court sessions very seldom take place, and the library doesn't have enough materials needed. Plus, the computer lab is just for namesake it remains locked all the time. The ratio of student to faculty is very low.
