Satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure, and facilities. In 2018, the placements are good.

Placements: Placements for my batch and senior batch were good. Those who were willing to take campus placements were all placed in the campus placements. PWC, Larsen and Toubro, Peerless Finance, Kairos Consulting, etc., visited the college. There is a student and liaison office, and hence, information exchange is very efficient.

A review of JD Birla Institute.

Placements: The placements and internships in the college were decent. I didn't attend placements in the college. I got placed in the role, which I'm looking for and was satisfied with it. The placement cell has been developing and improving year by year, and it would create greater prospects.

The college provides great experience for under graduates.

Placements: I'm not looking for jobs or internships as I wanted to go for further studies and do my masters in UK which I am currently doing at Warwick University. The college did help me get into a very renowned university. Most of my friends got placed in various sectors.

Best college for undergraduate management studies.

Placements: Placement scenario is pretty good here. There was also a hike of the number of companies visiting our campus as compared to the previous batch. Students got placed in deliotte consulting, kariwal industry, rungamatte tea and industries ltd, motilal oswal securities, pwc acturial service, swiggy, amrawati tea company, j thomas and company. The positions provided to the students were sales associate, assistant marketing manager and associate analyst depending upon the company. The avg salary offer...

A college backed by good name but getting faded because of poor placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are not upto mark. Some good companies with good packages came the previous year, but this year, except a couple of good names, there was no remarkable addition. This resulted in students avoiding the placement interviews, and taking up alternate options. College shall try to rope in brooding startups or renowned establishments to reshape its placement opportunities.

One of the best colleges in town for BBA.

Placements: The campus placements in our college are good. The college provides many opportunities for students to attend the interviews. Good companies visit the college for recruitment. Our college also provides internships and is associated with reputed companies. The stipend offered in internships is also good.

A good college for BBA in West Bengal.

Placements: The response of placements were not very good. Around only 5-10% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered was about 5 Lacs and the lowest was around 2.5 Lacs. Companies such as TresVista, Godrej & Boyce, Capital First, J Thomas had visited. The roles were financial analyst, business development, sales officer, etc. Nearly 70% of the students got internship from college. Dissatisfied with everything in the college.

Placements: I did not get placed at all. They have no placement system. My course is not even mentioned properly in the options. I was very disappointed, to be honest, they don't have any placement system. Only one internship is available but that too the place was not of our choice or not many options were there. Nothing great could be achieved ever.

A review of the college from student's perspective.

Placements: Very few students attended placements as most of them went for further studies. I would give 2.5 out of 5 for placements. One student got placed in Amazon. Good companies like Godrej, Wipro, etc. do come to our college for placements. However, I didn't like the job role offered to me.

Studies at JDBI is an amazing Journey.

Placements: The placement department was newly set up in the year 2015, so only 20% of the students got placements through college sources. More than half of the students opted for higher studies while 15% opted for the family business. Overall, the placement department was active and achieved as much as 20% placements within 6 months.

Average college. Not too good college for middle-income group people.

Placements: The highest salary offered since three years was 9 lacs per annum. The placements are not good. I don't think that the money they charge for the college is worth the facilities they provide. So, it is mainly for the high-level students. The fees are too high, and internship which the college provides is for one month, and now you think, how much will you learn in one month.

It is one of the best institutes for BBA in East India.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Companies like Godrej, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. Though BBA is a pathway for many people to join either family business or opt for further studies, most of the students don't depend on placements. Internships offered by the college are great.

The college has every attributes of a good college. It is just a bit on the expensive side.

Placements: Many companies come to the college for placement. The college has a full-time placement officer, and she is very helpful and supportive to the students. The college itself provides internship placements to all the students. Some of the companies which have a tie with the college are Godrej, Wipro, future first, teach for India, etc.
