It is an average college. I am not satisfied with the hostel facility available for boys.
Placements: Most of the students who secured more than 8.5 CGPA in academics got an average salary package from many companies. In my opinion, I am studying computer science honours course, but in my college physics subject is the best and the physics teacher are best in college. Placements are not that good because it is a government college, but still, students can get placement by applying to many companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are the best, and they are fully air-conditioned digital classes. The environment of the college is very calm because of nature. The campus is huge and spread over 50 acres of land. The college is situated from a short distance from the market area. Our college provides a library, auditorium, lab and huge playground. Hostel facilities are not that good for boys, but for girls, hostels are good and huge as compared to the boy's hostel. All facilities are available in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very humble and kind. They are very helpful in many of our assignments, practical, and doubts. The course studied by the college or the UG board is practical, and it does not make students industry-ready. Major courses are based on research and development, and it needs other courses for industrial deployment. Semester exams are not that difficult for the students who attend regular classes and do self-studies for atleast 5 to 6 hours. It is easy to score 6.5 CGPA for most of the students.
Other: I have chosen this course for higher studies in data science, technology and graphic designing, but it needs an extra placement course. I think the UG board must recreate the syllabus of the course and add some topics related to industrial placements. Some events are organised by the college. Extracurricular activities conducted by the college are good. Scholarships may be the cause for many students. Because my scholarship cannot be approved, so I am bound to take a study loan. I do not know why they did not approve my scholarship, but it is average for some students.
