Placements: Placements in the college are okay but have to improve with more core companies coming for recruitment. The training and placement department is working nicely. This year, SPIC has recruited students from our department. Aptitude tests are conducted regularly.
Placements: Although placements in the college are good, the initial salary package offered is only 2 LPA. I don't have a clear idea about the placements of our senior batch. They have to invite MNCs for placements. Almost all students were placed in core industries. The college has a separate placement cell, and regular training is provided during 3rd year and final year of our course.
Placements: We are placed in core companies in and around Coimbatore city. The percentage of students in our batch placed is around an average of 70 to 75 % with average package of 15000 per month. With food and accommodation. Few were placed in two companies. We were given training for that in soft skills.
Placements: Placements for our batch are very good, but the placements of our senior batch were better than ours. The percentage of students placed is almost 78%. The average salary package offered for the students of our batch is Rs. 15,000 per month. Roles offered were graduate engineer trainee, QC, etc. I got an internship from our college placement cell, and the stipend offered is Rs. 6,000 per month.
Placements: Placements in the college were good. More than 80% of the students were placed in core industries. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA. Mostly, South Indian companies like SPIC, IOCL, Nagarjuna, etc., have visited our campus for placements. Roles offered were trainee engineer etc. The college has a separate placement cell.
Placements: Placements in the college were good. Almost 75% of the students were placed. Placement training was provided to all the eligible students. Even soft skill training was provided. Students were given responsibilities and roles during placement drives. Students were placed in core companies in and around Coimbatore with good salary packages.
Placements: Placements in the college are very good. I was placed as a graduate trainee in Asahi India Glass Pvt Ltd, Chennai. A lot of companies visited and recruited many students. Around 70% of students from the mechanical engineering department were placed. Students are offered a salary package of 4.5 LPA.
Placements: Almost 65% of students were placed in our batch. One of my friends was placed in a top MNC named Asahi Glass. Saint Gobain offered a good salary package of about 4 LPA. Many core companies in and around Coimbatore have visited our college for placements. The college provides training for improving soft skills. Responsibilities were given to students by appointing them as co-coordinators.
Placements: I got placed in an Australian based construction company named King Ruby Homes and KPC India Pvt Ltd by attending the campus recruitment process. I was offered a salary package of 2.50 LPA. My role at the time of joining the company was of a junior project engineer for the training period of 6 months, and after that, I am acting as a project engineer.
Placements: Placements in the college were very good during our batch. The training sessions and placement classes were also good. I got placed in on-campus placements, and it changed my lifestyle a lot. I can still remember the golden period of placement interviews held in the college seminar hall.
Placements: Almost 75% of the students of our batch were placed in reputed companies. Placement training is provided by the placement department for the students to improve communication and verbal skills, etc. They provide the internship and in-plant training every semester. They offer a training programme for all students every semester.
Placements: Placements in the college were very good for our batch. Placements have very much improved now because many companies are visiting our campus for placements of the current batch. The salary package offered in 2016 was 4 LPA which might have improved further.
Placements: Placements in our college were okay. The placement rate of the college was about 75%. The highest salary offered was Rs. 60,000 per month, the average salary offered was Rs. 31,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. Companies like MRPL, Oiltech Engineering, Universal, etc., have visited our campus for recruitment. They offered roles like apprenticeship training and fresher trainee, etc., to some students. Placements: Placements in our college are going well and successful. The placement department has offered training classes in verbal reasoning, technical skills, communication, etc., for third and final year students. Our placement department offers the internship programme for students.
Placements: We got a lot of practical experience in our college which helped me in starting a business with a government project after completing my degree. During my tenure, I've visited many industries and participated in various entrepreneurship development programs on our campus which proved to be very useful for my career.
Placements: We have visited the public sector companies like Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Karaikal and Mumbai for the internship programme. We visited ONGC R&D labs in Chennai for getting the details of rocks. We got the job in oil and gas companies at Mumbai. It's very useful for our future growth.
Placements: We were placed in the oil and gas industries at Mumbai and were also provided with an internship training programme in various public sector companies like Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Limited companies offered high salary packages. Placements are very useful for the growth of our life.
Placements: Placements provided by the college were useful for us to enhance our engineering career. The special placement department flourishing in our college consists of a placement officer, aptitude trainers, and soft skill trainers who provide training from the second year onwards.
Placements: The college has invited many companies to our college for placements of all departments. Almost 70% of students got placed. Companies like Polaris, HGS, etc. visited our campus for recruitment. Not many companies have visited for the placements of our senior batch when compared to our batch. The college has invited companies related to electronics engineering, mechanical engineering and petrochemical in 2016. It was very useful to students at that time.
Placements: Placements for our batch were okay. They were better than our senior batches. The placement percentage of our batch was 75%. Packages offered varied from company to company. The highest salary offered was Rs. 85,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 11,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Mostly, they offered trainee level jobs only. The internship rate is above 85%. Our college provides good industry exposure.
