The college is good, but the hostel, mess, canteen, food and medical facilities are average.

Placements: The placement percentage is 90% and the top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Parle, Britannia, and Tech Mahindra. Placements fee is 2000 for per annum. The internship program has 60 percent of students in Aavin, Eastern Masala and beverage companies. The package ranges from 75000–150000.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, but dissatisfied with the hostel.

Placements: 70% of the students in my course are placed in good companies with a good salary. 25k to 35k is the average package. IBM, Dell, and Infosys are the top recruiters. 95% of students got internships. VLSI designer is the top role offered in my course.

Good in facilities and infrastructure

Placements: Not upto the hype they give us upon admission the placement training is very average that most of the things we learn at the placement training is almost useless when we go for an off campus placement drive so dont trust the sugar coated words of placement by the management

Good college and facilities are also good.

Placements: College is good and I was happy. Even though there are some issues, our college management will solve them immediately. There are many companies to recruit. Every year, many companies come to recruit students at our college. It is better to choose this college for your bright future.

Overall a little bit above average.

Placements: Half of the students got placed in good companies; actually, it's up to you because the ones with good academics are easily getting placements. You have to clear all your papers before last year. The highest LPA was 4.5, and the lowest was 1.5. TCS, Teach Mahindra are some of the recruiters. Almost all students get internships at many companies.

A good option for those who are looking to build their careers in the petroleum industry.

Placements: In our college, placements were very few. Many more colleges were offering comparatively better placement services.

I am satisfied because of our staff, infrastructure, and placement opportunities in 2021-2022.

Placements: Almost 65 - 75 % of students got placed last academic year. The highest salary package offered is 8.4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Infosys, TCS, CTS, and HCL like top companies are requiring our students for placement. About 80% of students got internships from our department. Project manager, System engineer, HR, and Team leader like the top roles offered in our course.

It is a good college to get theoretical knowledge but not practical knowledge.

Placements: It was said that it provides almost 100% placements, but we couldn't experience that in reality. Many of our campus drives were affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and before that, we got only 2 drives from the institution. As per my calculation, less than 5% of the students get placement from the computer science department.

Review of JCT College of Engineering.

Placements: There are placements, but hardly few get a job in core companies. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. IT companies like Polaris, Skava, and mostly Coimbatore and Chennai based companies will come for a drive. Internships are not provided by our college, but rather they give permission, so we have to search.

It provides the worst facilities for the students.

Placements: I am a final year student pursuing B.E. in Petrochemical Engineering. Around 350-400 students in our department got placed. For our course, only 3-5 recruiting companies visit our campus for placements. The salary package offered ranges between 2.5-6.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like SPIC, Schlumberger, Petrofac, PPG, Asian Paints, Tagros, etc., visit our campus for placements. I have never heard about Schlumberger visited our campus for campus drive. Only 13% of the students got an internshi...

Placements: Less than 10% of the students got placed in petrochemical engineering. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 25,000-12,000 per month. Companies like SPIC and Tanfac are the top recruiters of our college. Students are offered with roles like an assistant engineer and junior trainee. Review of JCT College of Engineering.

Placements: I enjoyed the company of my friends there. I wish I could have studied somewhere else with the same fee structure which I paid for some other course. Although the faculty members were well-trained in the chemical and petrochemical industry, we had a difficult time. Every concept was googled.

The worst college to learn petroleum engineering.

Placements: There is absolutely NO PLACEMENTS for petroleum engineering branch. So far three batches have passed out from this college and not even one student was placed on campus. Many of my seniors are jobless till now or have joined call centers to support their family.

The campus atmosphere is good. You can join this institute for better growth.

Placements: Jobs provided by the placement department were good with a good salary package. However, we have expected many companies to visit the campus. In 2018, almost 52% of the students were placed. We are glad that this year, SPIC has visited for the recruitment process.

It is a good place to learn and grow.

Placements: Placements in the college are okay but have to improve with more core companies coming for recruitment. The training and placement department is working nicely. This year, SPIC has recruited students from our department. Aptitude tests are conducted regularly.
