Absolutely amazing experience for the Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities.
Placements: I am currently enrolled in the Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities as a second-year student majoring in Psychology. The placement opportunities provided by OP Jindal University are vast and constructive. The JGU Office of Career Services organises multiple internship fairs throughout the academic year and even placement fairs for graduating batches, with opportunities from companies, firms, think-tanks etc. Like Amazon, Airtel, Pratham, Indus Law, Kotak life insurance, Argus Partners, Economic Law practice, Law consult, etc. I have interned with two mental health institutions and a think tank over just two years.
Infrastructure: The campus life at O. P. Jindal university is simply amazing. There are separate housing blocks for boys and girls with 3 or 4 sharing rooms. The rooms are furnished with beds, study tables, side tables, cupboards, chairs, dustbins, etc. , and facilities like all-weather air conditioners, fans, tube lights, study lamps, balconies, Wi-Fi, and attached bathrooms etc. Each student housing has a common room with a pool table, carrom, television, chess, sofas, etc. And a reading room with computers. The academic block is divided into four towers and has 24*7 Wi-Fi access, camera and microphone-equipped classrooms, girls, boys and gender-neutral washrooms, a mess on each floor, a 24 hours accessible global library, common reading rooms, computer labs, and common rooms for rejuvenation, vending machines, etc. Apart from the various cuisines available at the mess, there is a food court with food joints like Moti mahal, Chicago pizza, Subway, Bercos, etc. And other small outlets and hangout places like chain tapri, ever fresh, juice and more, etc. Additionally, the campus has facilities like gymnasiums, a salon, an outdoor swimming pool, football fields, badminton courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, foosball tables, pool tables, a hockey field, several ATMs, a parents lounge, documentation and printing labs, physiotherapy centres, a centre for wellness and counselling services, a 24*7 open chemist, and a health centre. The surroundings are fully landscaped with lawns, bushes, and trees.
Faculty: Talking about Liberal Arts and Humanities course, the faculty is highly qualified, coming from different backgrounds and regions (Eg: Japan, the USA, Germany, India,. They carefully guide students throughout the course and with the one-on-one mentoring programme, students get focused guidance from professors about any and everything. Be it online or offline, the professors make sure to engage students with lessons centred around student-led discussions and interactive presentations. The course is structured in a way that enables you to learn different humanities courses for three semesters, including an interdisciplinary seminar course that focuses on developing crucial skills for studying liberal arts. Students choose their specialisation in the fourth semester with an option to create their own major by integrating subjects and studying courses as electives from different disciplines. The courses are based on gaining practical experiential knowledge in addition to the relevant theoretical information and prepare the students for all kinds of future opportunities. The assessment is based on research-based assignments including essays, presentations, video/podcast making, quizzes, etc.
Other: I chose to go for liberal arts because after high school I was unsure what to specialise in. Additionally, I wanted to gain more knowledge about the available humanities fields and then decide on my specialisation. The liberal arts and humanities course gave me the expected exposure and helped me gain clarity. There are many student-led clubs and societies including theatre society, dance society, music society, queer collective, disability inclusion society, literary and fine arts society, history club, etc. Some of the major fests of Jindal are Biswamil (the fall semester fest), Magnus (the spring semester sports fest), Cammus (the theatre society fest), Masquerade ball and prom, Halloween party, etc. Celebration of festivals like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, etc. Is a lively and joyous moment on campus where students come together and celebrate. Scholarships of two kinds are available - Financial and merit-based. The campus offers facilities like wheelchairs, ambulances, carts, and shuttle services for anyone in need.

Best college experience ever.
Placements: It depends on the student interest to attend placement. Whoever applies for it they get placed. Almost 50% of the batch prefers to go for higher studies with in the country or abroad.
Infrastructure: Marvellous. The best campus in India. Every other campus I have been to is subpar before Jindal. Classrooms and hostel are with modern design. The college is luxurious and liberal space for students to experience real college life. If you get the opportunity to go to Jindal college, don't miss it.
Faculty: Faculty is outstanding. They made me love studies. The curriculum makes you an all-rounder so that you gain knowledge about everything around you. I used to be one of the students who ran away from studies, but Jindal college changed me. The teaching of pedagogy subject is brilliant.
Other: The best thing was guest lectures, sports fest, cultural fests, DJ nights, jam nights, movie nights, food court on campus.
