Placements: I am from 2013-2017 batch of mechanical engineering in JMIT. It's an okay college With all basic facilities but can be improved much more.

Placements: Overall placements are good whether they are on campus or off campus. Most of the people With their results clear can get package of 2L/A to 7L/A depending upon which company recruits them or in which they are eligible for. They take students to many off campus drives too, which expands the availability of hiring options for students . And best part is once a student is being hired by a company is not eligible to sit in placement drive of another until it has more package. This give equal Chance...

Placements: The placements for the top 4 branches such as CS, IT, mechanical, and ECE are 100%. Well-reputed companies such as TCS and a lot of established startups visit our campus for placements. The colleges in the nearby area and almost all the colleges in Chandigarh usually conduct open campus placement drives. The college is kind enough to help us in every possible way to participate in such drives. The college helps us to prepare for the drives. They conduct good nurturing sessions, and they even sup...

Companies like TCS, Code Brew, Deloitte, etc., visit here for placements. You must try to get placed in these companies. Internships will totally depend on you.

An average college. It is not recommended for bright students.

Placements: Placements in our college are just average. The average salary package offered was 3.30 LPA and the highest package offered was 5.50 LPA. Most of the placement drives held were off-campus in Chitkara and Chandigarh Universities. If you are willing to get placed in a core company other than IT companies, then it's not a place for you. The placement cell of our college is very supportive. They arrange personality development programs for the final year students.

An appropriate college in Haryana.

Placements: Placements are good if you opt for CSE or ECE stream. The overall placement rate is quite good. At the end of the year, almost all students who don't have any pending backlogs can get placed. Companies like TCS, Libsys and Mindtree are regular visitors. The average package ranges from around 3-4 LPA.

The infrastructure and exposure provided were good.

Placements: Placements were very good until 2013. TCS was the mass recruiter of our college. But from 2014 onwards, the on-campus placement rate has declined. Students had to seek for off-campus drives. The average package offered was less. Only a few students got good opportunities from the college, and others went for off-campus drives.

It's a good pick considering ROI. But for a student aiming very high, be sure of the choice.

Placements: Placements in the college are good in comparison to the colleges like Mithapur, and UIET Kurukshetra who are on par with it. TCS is the mass recruiter on our campus and offers a decent package as well. Other companies like Daffodil, Libsys, etc., also visit the campus for recruiting students. The college makes sure that maximum students get placed in either on-campus or off-campus placements. They help students by updating them with all placement opportunities.

Satisfied because of ROI. This college has strong alumni base.

Placements: More than 90% of the students were placed in 2017 and 2018. The highest salary package offered is about 9 LPA. Most of the students were offered packages in the range of 3-4.50 LPA. A few students were offered internships from TCS. Some are going to join in January (8th semester). Students are joining in the jobs even before completing the course so that they can have practical experience.

A decent college in Haryana.

Placements: Around two to three companies visited the campus to offer placements, and one of them was TCS. Many students got placed in TCS. For other students who couldn't get placed through campus placements, the college provides facilities to visit nearby areas to attend off-campus placement drives. Most of the students seeking for placements got placed. After 2-3 years of work experience, students have achieved good positions in the corporate sector.
