Good faculty but placement depends on students skills.

Placements: 65 percent of the students were placed in our course with some extra skills in WebD and DSA. The highest package I ever saw is 12 lpa, the average is 6 lpa, and the lowest is 3 lpa. Daffodil and other companies are the top recruiters. For getting an internship, students have to get the 65 percentile, and the skills set is compulsory. Top roles offered in this course depends on the skills of the students .

Good college with an updated technology!

Placements: Our college is better known for its placement drives. After the 2nd semester, they provide us with the eligibility to sit in the placements at that state when we are ready with our knowledge and skills. Many big companies, such as Amazon, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, etc., arrived on our college campus during placements. The highest salary package was around INR 30 lacs per annum and the lowest salary package was around INR 8 lacs per annum.

JMIT is the best college!

Placements: Students get eligible for campus placement interviews at the start of the third semester. Our college is well known for its placements and guides us enough to become industry-ready. A total of 540 placements were made with the commerce stream. Top companies such as HCL, BCG, ICICI Bank, etc. came to recruit us during the placement session. The highest salary package that one got was around INR 37 lacs per annum.

Really good infrastructure and facilities along with well-qualified faculty.

Placements: The average package offered in BBA is 2-3 LPA. My batch will pass out in 2023 and I am expecting an increase in the average package. Also the college provides good training to students to clear the job interviews during the placement drive and build a successful career.

There is nothing to take admission in it.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are average. The mess here is also not good. It is like a school sometimes with restrictions everywhere. Some facilities are good, but some are not.

I am disappointed with the college system.

Placements: About 43% of students were placed from the CSE course. The highest salary package offered here is 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is TCS (TATA Group). About 76% of students got internships in TCS company. Top roles offered here are database engineers and software engineers.

Earlier, the college was good, but today it is not recommended at all.

Placements: Not even 10% of the total students got placed on-campus. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. However, no companies visit the campus, but our college still provides facilities for online tests for companies like TCS and Wipro. Maximum students do internships on their own. Still, our college provides internships with a very high salary of approximately Rs. 10,000-20,000 per month from various institutions as they have tie-ups with them with ...

Poor administration, good teachers and management.

Placements: College tried for campus placement for all CSE & IT students. Some students got offers from TCS in off-campus placement drives. Most of the students used to go to CGC Landran for the off-campus drives. Fair training and placement cell. The average salary offered: 20k.

It is a good college but can be much better.

Placements: Placements here are fine. It can be increased in numbers. Most of the companies were non-technical. So there should be more companies which can provide proper technical jobs of the latest technologies. Teachers can guide and guide more about the student's interest, and according to interests, companies should be invited.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed. The salary package offered ranges from 8 LPA - 5.0 LPA. Companies like TCS and Click Labs are the top recruiters of our college. Students are offered roles like junior quality assurance, junior assistant engineer, fresher engineer, trainee and intern for a web developer. An average college. It is not recommended for bright students.

Placements: Placements in our college are just average. The average salary package offered was 3.30 LPA and the highest package offered was 5.50 LPA. Most of the placement drives held were off-campus in Chitkara and Chandigarh Universities. If you are willing to get placed in a core company other than IT companies, then it's not a place for you. The placement cell of our college is very supportive. They arrange personality development programs for the final year students.

The infrastructure and exposure provided were good.

Placements: Placements were very good until 2013. TCS was the mass recruiter of our college. But from 2014 onwards, the on-campus placement rate has declined. Students had to seek for off-campus drives. The average package offered was less. Only a few students got good opportunities from the college, and others went for off-campus drives.

It's a good pick considering ROI. But for a student aiming very high, be sure of the choice.

Placements: Placements in the college are good in comparison to the colleges like Mithapur, and UIET Kurukshetra who are on par with it. TCS is the mass recruiter on our campus and offers a decent package as well. Other companies like Daffodil, Libsys, etc., also visit the campus for recruiting students. The college makes sure that maximum students get placed in either on-campus or off-campus placements. They help students by updating them with all placement opportunities.
