A good university for those who want a decent overall experience.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite average. The highest salary package offered in my course is 47 LPA by Adobe. Around 70% of students are placed, with the average salary package ranging from 5-7 LPA. There's little to no information on the lowest salary package, but I'd wager it is about 3 LPA. College does not provide internships, but being located in Bangalore should help quite a bit in terms of internship availability.

Good faculty. Green environment.

Placements: The placement record at our college is pretty good. About 60% of the students get placed. The highest package offered in electronics and communication engineering is Rs. 2,50,000 per annum, and the lowest package is Rs. 5,00,000 per annum. Some of the companies that come for placement are TCS, Mercedes, Benz, and Accenture.

Awesome Campus and College, just has some flaws.

Placements: All eligible students get placed, but this year, due to recession, hardly any student got placed. Last year, the highest was 18 LPA in Phonepe, and the average is 7 LPA. Placements are pretty average. The highest ever for our college was 42 LPA, and it was 3 years ago.

This college should be your last preference because it is not good compare to your fee.

Placements: I am in 2nd year so I have not experience about place meant but according to the pass out seniors it is average. The highest package is in this year is 43 Lacs of a girl. But after that it slightly reduce up to 20 Lacs and after that all are under 10 Lacs and placement 70%-80% only.

Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education.

Placements: If students got placed in a company offering a salary of 5 LPA, they will not be eligible to apply for companies offering the highest salary package of 8 LPA. They need to apply for companies that offer a salary twice the amount of their previous placement, such as the company that provides a salary package of 10 LPA. Our college does not prepare us for placements, so we have to prepare on our own.

It is an average college. I'm dissatisfied due to faculty, infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: Fro the mechanical department, only 4 companies visited so far. Our 7th semester was completed. From the previous batch, only 20% of the students were placed. Few students were placed for a management post. There are good placements for CS and IT students in JSSATE as almost 80% of the students got placed except only academically weak students. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA for a management post. For the mechanical branch, the highest salary package offered was 6 LPA to 7 LPA, wh...

It is a decent college to pursue engineering.

Placements: Few companies which visited the college for placement drives were Accenture, Cognizant, Mindtree and Bosch. Most of the companies visited the campus to recruit the students for IT roles. The average salary package offered would be around 3-3.5 LPA. Internships were not mandatory during my tenure, but they are mandatory now.

Good College in Karnataka.

Placements: The placement cell of the school is worth gratefulness as various marked associations and MNCs hold returning each year as they get an agreeable contender for their organizations, in addition to some new companies. The understudies are guaranteed great positions in first-rate organizations.

This college is a good option to pursue engineering.

Placements: More than 80 companies visit the campus every year, offering more than 400 jobs. I am a computer science student, and the college has provided 100% placements for our branch almost every year. The lowest package offered is around 4 LPA, and the highest package goes to 40 LPA for computer science students.

Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education.

Placements: Placements were good for our batch particularly. Over 60% of the students were placed. Majority of the students were picked by IT mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. The average packages offered were between 3-4 LPA, and the highest package offered was around 16 LPA by some startups.

You need to self study and do everything on your own if you join this college.

Placements: Placements are pretty good for IT and CSE students but not for other branches. Around 90% of the students in CSE get placed, and none from other branches. The highest package offered was 21 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. Accenture and Wipro are the mass recruiters. Adobe offered the highest package. The environment is pretty good for internships. The college has a placement cell. You will not regret joining the college.

The review of JSSATE, Bangalore.

Placements: The placements are good, and you will get placed when you have a good aggregate of more than 65. The faculty members are good, and the placement officer is good and supportive. Everything is good, and whatever I just said is a lie if you are planning to take admission in mechanical, then simply don't come here.

I am somehow satisfied with my college life. But when it comes to placement and internship.

Placements: Guys. In our college Jss. Placement is very bad for mechanical and civil. I don't know the exact number. But a lots of IT company came. If you are from CS EC, IT then you will get placed if you have a decent academic career. So if you want to be a software engineer then come. As far as now. Only around 10 guys are placed from our department. And those 10 are placed in IT companies only. Avg salary is around 3.5 lac.

JSS is a college where you would want to come only if you have no better place to go.

Placements: Placements were better in the previous years but seem to have been sinking since 2012. The average package offered is about 4-6 lacs per annum, and the highest is around 14 lacs per annum. Placements are majorly based around mass recruiters. Roles offered are mostly in CS and IT department.

The college is very good but the faculty is not good, and also EC branch is a bad choice.

Placements: The placement is a little bit good, but there are good opportunities to get a job through this college, so I recommended this college for everyone, but one thing is that EC branch is not good and the HOD is mad. The behaviour of the faculty is bad, but the CS branch is very good. The placement through CS branch is very good but I am in EC branch and the placement is not good.

I am dissatisfied by the college being under VTU.

Placements: This year, the placement record is not that good. Until now, only 8 to 9 companies visited the college. But still, the placements are going on, so I am not sure how many more companies will come. Up to now, for this year the highest package offered is about Rs. 12 lakhs, but none got placed. The lowest was around Rs. 3 lakh per annum. The companies like the Cognizant, TCS, has already visited the campus and some students got placed in these companies.

Satisfied with college facilities and placements.

Placements: The placements were good enough in our batch. The companies that visited the companies include HCL, Capgemini, Subex, Wipro and Mindtree. The number of students placed was okay since that time, there was a recession going on. Out of around 400 eligible students, nearly 310 got placed. Our senior batch had better placements when CTS came since CTS has always been a mass recruiter. Nearly 200 students got placed in CTS alone in our senior batches.

Average college but good placements.

Placements: The placement for my senior batch was not so good. The placement for my batch was above average for IT students and the worst for core branch students. Many mass recruiter companies like Wipro, Accenture, CTS, IBM, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree and some good product-based companies came for CS/IT branch students but for mechanical and civil, none of the companies visited our college. For instrumentation, 1-2 companies visited and Jockey was one of them. For ECE students, none of the core co...
