It has a good encouraging staff, good exposure to non-curricular activities.
Placements: Around 30% of students were placed in our course as most of the students were interested in pursuing higher studies. MTR was one of the top companies recruited. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA. Top roles offered were microbiologist, food inspector, etc.
Infrastructure: It provides good library facilities, and the best books were available, but Wi-Fi network was not good. Laboratories were with good facilities. Food facilities both in hostel and canteen were good and hygienic. Good playground was provided, and also sports events will be held once a year.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. They were supportive throughout the course. This course makes the students industry-ready, but opting for other subjects will be more useful for industrial areas the basic science stream. Semester exams were moderate.
Other: I opted for this course as I am interested in biology. The best things were practical exposure. Every year there will be cultural activities, sports, and also science events. Placements should be increased.

It is good college. Any one can join the college without any confusion
Placements: Our college is good at providing education. Minimum 5% to 10% of students got placements in companies like wipro, infoysis and other bank sectors. Only the commerce students have an opportunity to gain knowledge in intership. The one thing that our college have to adopt is to do extra curricular activities like inter college fest.
Infrastructure: Our college has only girls hostel there no hostel for boys they have pay 5 thousand per month to stay in pg.
In our classroom are good and every classes have projector.
We have a good library.
And also every department have separate lab.
There is no good canteen facility in our college.
Faculty: In our college they have good teaching staff and they all teach well they support students to read n co-circular activities they all are knowledgeable. They also teach in extra time they reach each n every student they give opportunity to do seminars and presentations.

My college is the best for you too.
Placements: My college has a very good placement system; one of my seniors got placement with the 6 lacs per annum package, and the lowest package of one of my seniors was 3.5 lakh per annum. Overall placement system is very good in our college; about 40–50% of students get placement.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are really very good, with a neat and clean environment and a steady library to study in. All the faculty members are very good and kind to help, and the labs are really neat and clean and have all the equipment needed.
Faculty: Our college teachers are really very helpful and good at expanding and correlating any doubts; they are qualified to be our teachers. We also have extracurricular activities like scout and guide, NCC, and NSS, which are good for socializing and environmental care.
Other: I chose B.Sc. for preparing for my competitive exams, and it is a simple course to finish too.

It is a good college for the overall personality development of students.
Placements: Some companies in and around the college visit the campus for placements. But, only a few students are offered jobs. I was offered a salary of Rs. 12,000 per month. Only 4 students were selected. So, if you are looking for campus placements, this college is not for you. The above-mentioned scenario is only for B.Sc. candidates, other departments have other facilities through which some of the students got placed. Overall, placements depend on the department you choose.
Infrastructure: The library is well-equipped. Labs are good but need some improvement in terms of infrastructure. Wi-Fi facility is not available, but they are planning to provide it. The canteen is not for one seeking high-quality food. However, there are other canteens in and around the campus which offer good food. Classrooms are spacious but need some renovation. There is no hostel for boys, but it is available for girls. Sports and gym facilities are provided, and students can make use of it.
Faculty: It depends on the department you choose. Since I am from the science background, it is really good compared to most of the other colleges in Mysore if one needs good quality for less budget. The PG department has good faculty members. UG departments also have good faculty members. The course curriculum is set under CBCS. It's a really good college but can be better.
Other: None of the events is conducted by the college. Connectivity is really good. You have to travel by train. The highway is nearby the college. Scholarships are provided by the college. Cultural and sports events are held once in a year. Meritorious students can get financial support from the college.

Very much satisfied with my college. The faculty are good, and facilities are nice.
Placements: Every year through campus placements most of our seniors and my batch mates joined in very good companies like Infosys, Wipro, Hinduja global solutions, SYS Information etc., and now they are earning a very good salary, and almost all are secured through their jobs.
Infrastructure: For science departments, our college had very good lab equipment and comfortable with large classrooms. They were also supportive in sports and games with all the sports characters. The labs were well-maintained, and there is almost all the specimen in labs and sports as well.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty were very supportive and helped a lot in all the way in our studies. They help us to get jobs as well and most importantly they all were highly qualified and well-experienced in their subject. They would calmly explain all our doubts and they would clarify our doubts.
Other: Every year the fests, sports, annual day, other seminars will be held, and they were well-organised. They also give scholarships to students.

It is a very good college with good faculty .
Placements: My batch is very good.
College placements are programs that help students find jobs after they graduate or are nearing the end of their studies.
In this programme, companies visit the college campus to interview and hire students. The process involves multiple stages, including screening, interviewing, and orientation.
These are recruitment activities that take place outside of the college campus and are not mediated by the educational institution.
Infrastructure: Very good hostels are there. There are many courses in this college. Infrastructure includes the physical and organizational structures that support the teaching and learning process. This can include:
Classrooms: spacious, well-lit, and well-ventilated classrooms with modern educational technology.
Administration: A well-designed administration block with offices for the principal, vice principal, HODs, faculty, etc.
Faculty: The faculty and teaching skills of JSS College are very good. Teachers are solving doubts of students and are friendly and good while interacting with the students. My course has very good faculty. Semester exams and the course curriculum are quite good
Other: It is one of the best colleges in Mysore .
