I am not satisfied in this college and they should impede the quality of teaching.

Placements: The placements are good. 30% of the students will be placed. The highest salary offered is 6 LPA I think, the companies visited our college are SAP, Amazon etc., and there will be good placements by coming days I hope. Placements are very useful to the students that they will boost the students and the seventh sense is the placement training company who come and guide us, and there will be good enjoyment too.

Great teaching, but placements need to improve.

Placements: The placement department of the college tries to boast with a lot of some students placed. But frankly speaking, there are about 15 students who get a decent job. Their roles might include a graduate apprenticeship, trainee engineer or a service engineer to start with and the packages offered are between 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Most of the students receive sales or marketing jobs. There were just 2 students from my batch who received a stipend during their internship, and they received about Rs 6,500 pe...

Unsatisfied because of the faculty and placements. Our future is surely at stake.

Placements: The placements are almost nil for ECE students. Even if the students get placed, they don't receive any offer letter from the company. The college asks us to do internships but take away all the holidays after each semester. We hardly have a weeks holiday after each semester.

Much better than other institutions.

Placements: The placements are average. You are usually offered a maximum of 6 LPA. The companies like NTT Data, Amazon, L&T, do conduct a few rounds. There is a dedicated placement cell, and they are actually trying hard to get people placed. You could definitely select this college if you'd be doing higher studies like getting yourself an MS. I am pretty sure that there'd be more offers in the next four years.

I am satisfied with everything, but there is a little dissatisfaction regarding placements.

Placements: KSSEM had tied up with the software company called Purpleleap. There were many skilled placement coordinators also. Although placed students were less because of companies did not come to place the students. Some of the students placed with good packages in reputed MNC companies.

A review of KSIT to let you make a smart decision.

Placements: Our batch placements are going on. Whichever company comes hires one or two students. No mass recruiters are coming this year. So I would rate placements at KSIT as 2 on 5. Our seniors had better opportunities than us as they had Tech Mahindra, NTT data, L&T, Infotech for mass recruitment. Now college is going for NBA accreditation so let us hope for good opportunities coming up for our juniors.

Good college with peaceful environment, good faculty, and campus.

Placements: The placements are good, but if your expectation is high regarding placements, I would suggest you for another college, else this college is good with helpful faculty and peaceful environment. I think more than 25 people will place in my senior batch, hence, if you are going with placements try another college.

Satisfied with the college and it is good for the mechanical engineers.

Placements: KSIT has good placements, especially, for computer science and telecommunication course students. All the top MNCs companies like Accenture, HP, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., are visited in last year. Nearly, 40% of the students are placed in the MNCs companies.

No proper infrastructure. Overall, an average college.

Placements: The placements in KS Institute of technology is not bad. The college has good HR department. Overall, can rate 7 out of 10 for the placements in this college. One can hope good placements for the mechanical students in this college, and also can expect good placements for other branches too.

This college is like a soil which helps and provides the base for a seed to grow up and blossom.

Placements: The placements in our college are quite good, and of course, we cannot expect much during the recession days. But, our placement officer has a strong connection in the IT sector, so all over we can say it's quite good. The placements for our seniors were really good, and almost 100 seniors got placed here. Since we are facing a recession period, now we are not able to get good and reputed companies, but still, we are getting some of the startups for. Our college also has a placements officer and...

It is an above average college in 2nd tier colleges.

Placements: I was the placement student coordinator for a year. Placement activities are generally IT industry oriented. Many BPOs and tech support roles from major industries were offered in the placements. Few or none of the core companies have come for placements. Last year, the average package offered was 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. I got opportunities in 5 companies.

I am satisfied with my college.

Placements: The college has good placements. The training given to the students at the starting of the semester is good. Students have great future who studied in that college. So many companies are coming to our college. Many of the students got selected. Last year, 60 students were selected.

Good in teaching and environment. Fun to be at sports fest and extra-curricular activities.

Placements: The placements in our college are like average. Only, the students with the highest grades get placed. The average or below average students are left without jobs but have to admit because placements are increasing rapidly with every year. 30% of the students get placed usually. The placement training is good. The stipend for the internships is in the range of Rs 10,000 - 15,000.

Good infrastructure, average placements and limited opportunities.

Placements: The placements are average with very few on-campus drives. More significant opportunities are available for pool campus drives in other colleges. Provision of placement training is available. Most of the companies would come for KSIT placements and would hire few from KSSEM.

Good teaching and good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements offered are not good, they advertise more, but only a few placements are offered. Anyone expecting the placements should not join our college as lack of placements. Only a few companies visit to offer the civil branch. But for the other branches like CS, there is a good placement.

Absolutely satisfied with the opportunity given by the college.

Placements: The college provides 100% result. We have a lot of MNC companies which attend the placements. The placement results are put up on the college website. The institute helps each student in exploring placement and in undergoing placement training programs. This helps to have a healthy exposure and understanding of various cultures and prepares the students for a future career.

Bad infrastructure, average placement, small campus, I'm very dissatisfied with this college.

Placements: The placements are good here in KSIT. Around 500 students, 250+ students got placed in different companies. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. have taken campus placement. Even though they got placed in the company some of them have to wait for a year to get joined in that company.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty and the co-curricular activities conducted here.

Placements: The placements are quite good. Most of my seniors got placed in a good company. The highest salary is approximately 1 Lacs. Even they conduct placement training in every semester so that we get placed in a good company. I wish even I will be placed in a good company. The college is doing their best to get the nice job for the students.

Good college for all branches with one of the worst infrastructure, and good college for studying

Placements: The college is pretty good for the students of mechanical engineering as it has good faculty members here. There are specific faculty members for particular subjects. The laboratories are maintained very well and had many types of equipment compared to other colleges. This college also has another feature like the Pupilpod app where this directly sends a message to the parents if the students bunk the classes. The placements here are not great (generally for mechanical branch nowhere the placeme...

Good in terms of infrastructure and facilities, but comparatively less in terms of placements.

Placements: We got the fewer placements comparatively. But, we have good placement training, which helps us to get a job during placements. They will train us in various aspects such as mental ability, personality development, communication and also the technical skills, etc.
