Worthy, good teaching faculty, and good patient flow.
Placements: Our college offers a one-year internship after completing 4.5 years, which is a mandatory requirement for every MBBS student with a stipend. Our college also provides opportunities to work on various researches. Regular workshops, seminars, and conferences are conducted to enhance knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: Our college classroom capacity is 300. Wi-Fi is available in college, hostels, and hospital as well. The library is air-conditioned, and all medical books are available. Food in canteens is good enough, and mess food is decent. For sports, there’s an indoor sports stadium as well as a football ground.
Faculty: The curriculum focuses on both practical and theoretical knowledge. The teaching faculty of this college is the best. Experienced faculty with expertise in various medical specialties. The difficulty level of the semester is moderate. The pass percentage is 40 percent.

Review of K.S. Hegde Medical Academy.
Placements: There are no placements in medical colleges. We have to qualify for NEET PG and we get seats through our merit, or we can apply to other hospitals ourselves. However, because our college is well-known, it is easy for us to apply for jobs. We do have internships which are compulsory for one year. Internships are the most important part of this course, as we understand everything that can be applied practically. It makes us grow as doctors and enhances our skills, but the stipend is low. I would rate it 3 stars.
Infrastructure: Our laboratories are well-equipped. Sports facilities are good. Games like football, basketball, and volleyball are available. There is no badminton court. A swimming pool is not available. The infrastructure of our hostel is good, but the mess food is not great. Personal vehicles are not allowed, which is a huge disadvantage. Every day, we have to walk at least 1 kilometer to the hospital.
Faculty: Our faculty members are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are experienced. Our course curriculum is primitive. Modern education requires textbooks. There should be more interactive teaching. Our course curriculum is difficult, and this course should include certain mandatory activities for students.

It is a good college with great future opportunities.
Placements: Since it is a graduation course the level of academics is well enough that tge student can prepare for post graduation national examination. And if the student endeavours to work after graduation they get both government and private options both offers good package.
Infrastructure: They have a fine infrastructure and is working on building a great atmosphere for students to interact and study. There is a auditorium, a canteen, library, gym, sports arena, and 3 hostels (seperate for boys and girls). Every hostel has its own mess although there is ground for improvement in case of hostel food.
Faculty: The professors and the rest of the teaching staff is very much concerned about how the students are doing in there exams. There are both theory and practical exams as well as end posting exam for every clinical posting the student is posted in the hospital.

The college is good for studies, but the infrastructure is not satisfactory.
Placements: There are no placements as such in the medical college, but it depends on your practice and how much you studied. If you practice well, you can get as much as crores per annum. So, you need to study hard for a good package. We had a great experience, and it was great to have money and time.
Infrastructure: Our hostel has a free Wi-Fi zone. Classrooms have cameras. Fingerprint attendance machines are installed. ACs and projectors are available. Our library is fully air-conditioned. In front of the hostel, we have a large playground. We also have an auditorium to organise functions. We also have a canteen, but the only thing is that the campus is not huge.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but it all depends on you. There are museums for some subjects. Our labs have enough instruments to fulfil the requirements of students. As the hospital is near the college, your time is not wasted to reach the hospital.
Other: Every festival is celebrated, along with the sports day and cultural week.

It is a good college, but teachers are the worst. I suggest others not to opt for this college.
Placements: There is no placements guarantee, and you have to do everything on your own. It is a very bad college. In starting, they promise you big things.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure looks good from outside, but it is very bad from inside. However, our college is good with all facilities like air-conditioners, projector, garden, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very bad, and none of them properly fulfil their duty. They always fail students in exams, especially for north Indian students. College life is not good here. Staff members are very bad. Teachers seem not at all interested in teaching. They just play their PPT and shout. They make you feel miserable and insult students daily.
Other: The college is very costly, and there is no campus life.

The college provides good teaching techniques and enough exposure to patients.
Placements: Students who have passed out from this college have been able to perform well in PG entrance in India as well as cleared foreign exams. The university provides amenities to do research and help to boost their CV. Our college also provides PG seats and good education.
Infrastructure: Food is good. There is an application which is developed by the university that delivers non-vegetarian food to hostellers. Curfew is strict. There are clean rooms and bathrooms. Library facilities are available, and classrooms are also air-conditioned. Other facilities like Wi-Fi, canteen and medical care at any time are available here. Sports and games are also promoted here.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is relevant. Teachers help in academics and research guidance. Poster presentation and clinical case presentations are also guided by each department. Extra help as PPTs and assignments are uploaded via Nulearn. Bedside learning is stressed.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like professions.

K.S. Hegde Medical Academy is a private college which is approved by the Malaysian Medical Council and the Medical Council of India, Government of India. Being a private college the fee can be felt as high by the students but worry not the college offers scholarships to students.
