Review of Karim City College, Jamshedpur.
Placements: In our college, placements in our course are very poor because placements are newly started in this course. The salary package offered in our college was not handsome. The salary package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA. No companies come to offer internship opportunities in our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course were good. The library facility was available. There are well-equipped labs in the college. The campus area was small but sufficient. The quality of sports was not good but best in our city.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college were good at understanding our queries related to education and personal issues. The course curriculum was relevant and According to Kolhan University. Semester examinations are of moderate level. Almost all students pass the exams.

The college is good for you if you just want a degree. The exams are taken very late.
Placements: The placement scenario is below average, with very few or no companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Most of the companies that do visit are service-based, such as TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. The placement rate is low; in a batch of 60 students, only about 5-10 students secure placements. In most cases, students rely on off-campus opportunities to secure jobs.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are decent in size, and the lab rooms are well-designed, but the systems provided have low specifications, with many being non-functional. This often results in students sharing systems with their batchmates. The library is well-stocked with almost all the necessary books, which is a positive aspect of the infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive, but the course curriculum is outdated and not aligned with modern technological trends. Topics taught are often irrelevant in today’s industry. Semester exams are relatively easy to pass, with a pass percentage of approximately 90%.
Other: I chose BCA because I come from a commerce background and wanted to pursue studies in the software field. I wish the course included subjects like AI/ML, blockchain, and cybersecurity. It should also focus on building practical projects, with a curriculum that makes students industry-ready by their final year. Events and fests happen quite frequently, but there are no sports activities. Scholarships are available only for ST, SC, and OBC students.

Karim City College Jamshedpur review.
Placements: Ten to twenty percent of students get job offers, and the rest of them are jobless or pursuing a Master of Computer Applications from other colleges. The highest package was nearly 4.8 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 1.2 Lacs per annum. Local companies and small firms are recruiters of our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good enough to study, and some facilities like the basketball court are available in our college. Wi-Fi facilities are also available. The library, with many different books, is available. The canteen is available on the campus, and hostel facilities are not available.
Faculty: Teachers are good enough to teach subjects like Computer Architecture and other subjects. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is sufficiently good for today's industry. For industry-ready students, all have to work hard, but many of them are not interested in good job opportunities. Semester examinations are moderate.

Review of Karim City College, Jamshedpur .
Placements: The placement of our college was average. The placement cell of our department was not active and the placement offered in our course was very poor. Companies offer very low wages, around 10k to 20k only. No companies offer placement in our college to any students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was below average. There is a lack of facilities in our department. There was an old version of the system and software for study. The library was available in the college. Hostel was provided by the college. Basic medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Faculty of our college were studied from this college only. The professors were good and arrogant; they were only interested in gossip, and even the principal was also involved. The course curriculum was according to Kolhan University. Students were not placed in any companies.

Prestigious institution of Jamshedpur.
Placements: There were very limited placement opportunities in this college because this college was recently launched vocational courses. This is basically a degree college. In my session, almost all students did not get internship offers from any companies. The top role offered was web developer.
Infrastructure: The college has average facilities. Basic facilities were available like a library, canteen, and practical labs (computer labs). Wi-Fi was available on the campus but can't be accessible by the students. The canteen was good. Inadequate sports facilities were available.
Faculty: Faculty members of our course had just completed their degree and had expertise in the field of computers so much. They helped us in all scenarios by all the ways. After completion of the course, students can build websites and apps. Semester exams were moderate.

The worst Vocational College .
Placements: Placement were not provided in our course because it was recently launched programme. Our college focus on academics. Few companies visited our college to recruit students like Tata Steel, Wipro. But placement package was not good. For internship you have to search by yourself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. Our college campus always be clean but it didn't have a ground for sports except basketball. Canteen food were good and Sports were encouraged by the college. Our college was CCTV surveillance. Basic Medical Facilities is available.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were good, helpful, supportive, experienced and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was good except one or two. Semester examination were not too hard. More than 80 to 90 percent students get passed in the semester exam.

The median salary offered to students upon their successful placement is INR 3.61 LPA. The Institute demonstrates its mission to equip its graduates with the skills and knowledge needed for lucrative careers, as reflected in the attractive compensation they receive.
