B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2020

Good infrastructure, good facilities of hostel and college .
Placements: 30 percent of the students are placed in the college. Placement is very good. Every student gets a good placement; well-known IT companies come to the placement. The mechanical branch is quite average for the year 2020. No MNC mechanical companies came for the placement. The college provides us with good internships for our future growth. The average package is INR 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite normal; there is no 5-star rating for the facilities available, like Wi-Fi, canteens, labs, classrooms, libraries, and gyms. All facilities are average. The hostel is good in our time; there are no food facilities in the hostel, but hot water is available.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful and knowledgeable and their teaching quality is also good. The curriculum is relevant for the industry. Semester exam availability is strict and the passing percentage of the students is 90 percent. Course curriculum is the best.
Other: I chose this course because I have a mechanical field background and I have a future in mechanical.

I am satisfied with the college faculty.
Placements: Testing and automation engineer is the top role offered by many tier 2 and tier 3 companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini etc. Overall there are many other courses such as backed development, software development, UI UX designer, etc. Thank you.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities is not so good though, but is average for the students who can adjust. There are few issues with the hostel rooms but overall it is good enough to stay. The mess is good and the food is healthy. You can experience a good environment here.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good and they have good teaching skills. Their knowledge is huge and they share every basic concepts with the students. The campus placement cell keeps in touch with the teachers and B.Tech students regarding their placements.
Other: In today's date technology is the first truth and I am a tech enthusiast. I love learning new skills about different technology and my most favourite is AI.

Good campus and good teaching quality and best for events done in college .
Placements: Approximately. 15% of students got placed in last year, mostly from the computer science department. The highest package of last year was 10 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 3.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are 1. Qspiders, Pune 2. Ultra Firetech Systems Pvt. Ltd., Pune 3. Metarolls 4. KSB Limited, Pune 5. Yazaki India Pvt. Ltd. 6. Integrated Monitoring Pvt. Ltd. , Pune 7. QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai There are almost 20 percent of students who got internships, as internships are provided to only the computer science department.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities and infrastructure available in our college, such as the good classroom, library for self-study, Wi-Fi, college grounds for volleyball, and Kabaddi. Again, we have the digital classrooms in which projectors are provided and also washrooms are cleaned. Yes, I don't live in a hostel, so I don't have the idea about the hostel, but about these sports and games, every year we have the sports activities, and there are many games that are played, such as Kabaddi, volleyball, football, and cricket. Also, we have good medical facilities for the students, so what enjoyed in the game is also available.
Faculty: Yes, our teachers are very helpful. They took the extra classes because the students were weak in particular subjects. Again, all the doubts they are qualified in are also non-visible. They provide practical knowledge to the students so they get to understand more and more. Teaching quality is also good, as they teach on the projector and use the digital method to teach students, so it is helpful for the student to learn easily. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to the department, and as it provides good lab practices and practical knowledge to students, they will be getting ready for the industry purpose. The pass percentage was almost 80-90 percent.
Other: I chose this course as the technology is increasing and the artificial intelligence is getting in the trend so I think engineering is the best course to choose to develop our skills and improve our lifestyle and to get more exposure to the technology which is increasing in the world: artificial intelligence machines learning data science. The best thing about our course is the technology and artificial intelligence, which makes our lifestyle easy and if we learn the artificial intelligence, then it will be easier to do anything our life. I think vacancies in some colleges should be increased, and companies should provide more vacancies and more placements to the students who are doing engineering and B.Tech courses. There are many events celebrated in our college, like Teachers Day, women's day, hackathon, smart India hackathon, shiv Jayanti, traditional day, freshers day, etc. Also, we have the main scholarships: the Reliance scholarship, MHADBT, etc.

Good placement in 2022, CSE department.
Placements: Almost 80 % students get placed in my course. The highest package got in my course is 8 LPA and the lowest package got is 1.8 LPA The top recruiting companies for my course are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Hexaware tech. Etc. About 50-60% students got from my course in TCS, Wipro etc. , Top roles offered in CSE course are data analyst, software developer etc.
Infrastructure: Our college have different labs with good wi-fi connection for different courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Structure etc, College has big library and separate reading area. And have 4-5 classrooms for separate courses. Hostel have all facilities such as mess, canteen, medical facilities.
Faculty: Frankly some teachers are good at teaching and some are not good, teaching quality is different according to different teachers. Curriculum makes students industry ready and relevant Difficulty level of semester exams are average not everyone can pass the exams.
Other: I choose course for getting more opportunities in future, I love technology, this course can give me more skills and of course the package is good in this course. The things that would be better if the course have syllabus based on the latest things. The course involves more campus crowd, it contains lots of events and activities, course also includes different scholarship.

Our college is a good college for students in Satara.
Placements: In our college, from our batch of 70 students, about 40 got placements. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA to 5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 20 LPA. As internships were compulsory, every student got an internship from our batch which was provided by the college. Top companies like Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, etc., visited our college.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were good. We had Wi-Fi and a library in good condition. The food was good and offered sweets at festivals. They had time for hostels and the atmosphere was good.
Faculty: Faculty members were good and knowledgeable. They provided various exams to students to appear for exams. They had good interaction with students and were helpful but one had to maintain sufficient attendance or else one might get in trouble. Exams were of moderate difficulty and everything followed the university schedule.
Other: I was a car and machine enthusiast so I chose mechanical engineering. Our college organised many functions and they are all up to the mark.

My college is good, but I personally suggest going to Pune.
Placements: Students should have 65% or above in 12th standard, as well as in CET. The highest package in our college is 12 LPA and the lowest package in our college is 3 LPA. It depends on your academic year and your performance in college life. But you need to study for good results.
Infrastructure: There are good labs and facilities, and the machines are not old. I live in the hostel, which is also good but not many facilities are there. Take a room or PG instead of the hostel. There are no food facilities in the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and good. They let us go for industrial visits once a year. The semester in our college is different. It is very difficult; you need to study hard for exams then only you can crack the exam.
