Life at KMC Mangalore as an undergraduate doctor.

Faculty: The faculty is really experienced and approachable. There are many famous faculty members in the college, like Archit Sir and SRB Sir; they are doctors themselves, so they prepare you for the real world and make you industry-ready. Exams are of medium difficulty; you need a minimum of 40% in theory and 40% in practicals, but the total should be 50%.

Detailed review of KMC, Mangalore.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in the department as well as outside the department. The course curriculum is relevant as per our batch. The semester exams in the college are normal but you have to work hard. The pass percentage is 98% because the remaining 2% don’t study well.

There are ample opportunities here.

Faculty: The curriculum is nicely crafted and various important topics are covered with a strong emphasis on Human Physiology and the application of those principles in health and disease. The exams are a bit tough, you need to study hard to pass the exams. Generally, the 2nd and 3rd semesters are tough.

Overall, it is a good college that provides an excellent balance of academics and social activities.

Faculty: The faculty in my course have been really helpful so far. They are most understanding and approachable to students, helping them in every way possible. The curriculum of the college is highly relevant to the respective courses and it gives hands-on experience to the students and makes them industry-ready. The semester exams are somewhat difficult but with enough reading and practice, a good score can be achieved in them. A student has to have a 50% score to pass the subject.

BPT programme in KMC Bangalore provides good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty members are great and very supportive. They are all specialists in their fields. The teaching quality is excellent because most of the teachers are experienced and they share their knowledge and experiences with us. The course is semester-based, with each semester lasting six months. The exams are not too difficult, and the minimum passing percentage is 50%.

Satisfied, Happy and Recommendable for those who can afford.

Faculty: Faculty is really nice, especially anatomy department, i.e. Lakshmi sir, Latha mam and Mangala mam. They not only focus on curriculum but also tell us about clinical knowledge which is really important as a medical student. Physio and Biochemistry also have good teachers. Semester exams are of high level so that we become ready for the university exams.

I am satisfied with this college in all aspects.

Faculty: KMC Bangalore is one of the top medical colleges in India. Faculty members are well qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful. KMC Bangalore is deemed university i.e autonomous body so they can design the curriculum as they want. The syllabus is the latest and very relatable. This is the best thing in deemed universities, and there is no semester pattern. At the end of year, this university examination happens where the passing percentage is 50%. Approximately 98% of students passed exams.

This college is a good option for quality medical education, and it provides good campus life.

Faculty: I would rate 8 out of 10 to the teachers. Faculty members are good when it comes to teaching, and helpful to students. Teachers are PGs and doctors, they ensure that students study well and even give counseling when students are emotionally or mentally not well. Passing marks are 50% in all exams. Semester exams are of a moderate level.

It is one of the best medical colleges in India and is part of Manipal Academy of higher education.

Faculty: Professors in our college are extremely knowledgeable and qualified. We are provided with excellent teaching quality. There are 19 subjects in our degree. Moreover, we have 4 hours a day of regular hospital postings which I find is enough to make good doctors. The course curriculum is quite relevant.

A good college, worth the money spent, best decision of my life.

Faculty: Best thing about a private medical college is the staff. The professors are punctual and regular and they teach with a lot of interest. We were taught using presentations we all had small group teaching sessions in which we were given topics and were asked to read n come and then discussions in group of 20-25 use to take place which were pretty helpful.

You won't regret joining this college, and you can gain all the skills to fulfill your dreams.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. The course curriculum is the best. You will always get a chance to attend some kind of seminar to present. You will be given homework to do, and you are kind of never freed from learning medicine. The extracurricular activities are well appreciated. We have interclass events for a whole month, then comes the Utsav fest organised at Manipal.

KMC Mangalore is one of the top 10 medical colleges in India and a great place to do your MBBS.

Faculty: All the teachers in KMC are very well qualified. Most of them have completed their doctorates. They are very helpful and concerned about students. We have regular lectures along with small group teaching sessions regularly for each subject. Other than these, various other great activties like integrated classes, case-based learning, problem-based learning, and skits, etc., as a part of teaching with small groups to improve your knowledge and interests. The teacher to student ratio is 1:20 which ...
