    KMC- An excellent college.
Placements: I'm still pursuing my B.Com course, but last year almost 172 got placed through the placement drive. The highest package is 23 lakhs, the lowest one was around 3 lakhs, and the average is just about 10 lakhs. The top recruiting companies were KPMG, EY, PWC, HCL Technologies, and many others like these. The most number of students got placed from our course, i.e., the Commerce field, where the almost successful rate is 60%. The students got internships from the same companies like KYC, KPMG, EY, etc. The top roles offered were Management consultant, Analyst, Accountant, and the likes of these.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure for our classroom are just average and fine. We've large classrooms with comfortable seats and wide windows. But the college doesn't have AC facilities, which makes summer difficult, and also Wi-Fi is mostly not available. The labs have AC and also good functioning computers, while the NS Pradhan Library is also pretty huge with a good collection of books. The hostel has good rooms with quality food available in the mess, but the canteen has affordable but high-quality food. The college has football, volleyball, and badminton grounds and a boxing ring, but facilities related to sports are pretty disappointing.
Faculty: The professors are pretty good, knowledgeable, and supportive. They also help us whenever we face difficulties, and their classes are pretty engaging with good debate and discussion. While the course is relevant and also is in line with the trend. Like in Accountancy, we practice Tally software, which makes students industry-friendly. The semester exams are from moderate to difficult, which makes it interesting, but the success rate of pass percentage is almost 80%.
Other: As I want to pursue my CA career, it is important for me to take a course related to it. And this course also makes things easy for that, and also the college faculty makes things easy. The course could be more practical, and we could visit industrial places and also learn how the corporate and industry worlds are functioning. The college has very enjoyable and engaging events, from debates and quizzes to dance competitions all around the year, and also there are various fests happening all over the year. The crowd is pretty supportive and helpful.

KIRORI MAL COLLEGE- Everything you need to know!
Placements: The average package expected after completing B.Com is around 6-8 Lacs per annum. The placement is really good in this college as various companies come to supply jobs at the end of the third year. The jobs offered are accountants, and related to banking. Around 40% of students got internships in the 2nd year if they took time developing their CV. It all matters in the efforts you put up in developing yourself.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure of the commerce department are amazing. The teachers are friendly and helpful, they will help clear all your doubts. The library is spacious and there are study halls which have a student capacity of more than 200. The hostel has very few seats (around 200) but it does have good facilities. The food given is also good. Overall, the infrastructure is really good.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified here, everyone has done their Masters and if you ask them anything, they will definitely help you out. The teaching quality is superb here, all the concepts are explained very well. Honestly, I do not know if the studies make you industry-trained since that depends on the field you want to pursue. The college exams are easy, you do not have to stress over it a lot and can clear them with ease. The grades are based on CGPA so it depends on every subject.
Other: I chose B.Com because the syllabus helps with my CA course since the course is easier compared to my CA. So, it does not add burden to my studies and I can also enjoy a pleasant college life.

An honest review of Kirori Mal College.
Placements: Generally, accounting firms like Deloitte, EY, etc. visit the college for hiring. The average package offered is around 8-9 LPA with the highest package being 32 LPA. Around 200 companies visited the college with around 180 students getting placed. The placements are above average. Overall, the college has decent internships as well.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and laps are available in the college. There is no hostel provided for the girls, and for boys, the hostel has very limited seats. Classrooms and faculty members are decent and the campus vibe is also decent. Canteen is good and cheaper than the other colleges. Sports complex is below average and there is a gym for the students as well.
Faculty: The teachers at Kirori Mal College are really helpful and supportive. Classes are also manageable. Difficulty level of the exams is not that high. The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is relevant. However, you need to do side hustle and learn industry skills. Overall, the faculty is good.
Other: The campus vibe is average. You'll have to be extrovert enough and be active in the societies if you want to stand out. Events and fests are so good. Campus surrounding is good with the Kamla Nagar market just being accessible from the back gate of the college. It is well connected with the nearest metro station of Vishwavidyalaya.

    Best College in Delhi University.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com (Hons) from Kirori Mal College and it is the most demanding course in the commerce stream in Delhi University. Almost 70-80% of students got placements from B.Com (Hons). The highest package was 26.6 LPA and the average is around 7-8 LPA. The top recruiters at KMC are Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey and Company, EY India, Mother Dairy, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not that well maintained. Classrooms are not that furnished, but the library is very big and furnished with more than 1.5 Lakh books available. The hostel building is in good condition with decent food quality and sports facilities.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching they are providing is appreciable. The course curriculum is very relevant and it helped us a lot. The exam difficulty level is above average and the passing percentage is around 63%.
Other: B.Com (Hons) is the most demanding course in Delhi University. The best thing about it is the placements for this course are remarkable. I think with the theory knowledge, it should also include deep practical knowledge. The events of societies and fests are famous throughout the whole North campus. The crowd is very vibrant, and you will meet the smartest brains of the country here. Extracurricular activities include societies, events, and other activities like case competitions.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, but the course, college, and infrastructure are good.
Placements: I don't have knowledge about the placements as I am a first-year student. Top recruiting companies mainly come for hiring managers and HR roles. The percentage level of getting a package is not that high, it's okay. But we can have placements.
Infrastructure: In the college infrastructure, we don't have an auditorium, which is currently under construction. The basketball court will soon be opened. Canteen has great choices and library is very good, one can find books for all courses and it also facilitates Wi-Fi. Labs are fully furnished with Wi-Fi, air conditioner, and well-set-up computers. Infrastructure is overall good.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but some are just not that helpful. Students have to help themselves in those particular subjects. Course curriculum is relevant and the semester exams are something I will appear for, but the mid-sem was not that hard. So, students can pass the exams.

    Really good infrastructure and campus.
Placements: The placement cell of the college was really amazing. A lot of big companies came to the college with job offers, and companies like Delloite, De Shaw, and KPMG were part of the placement process. The top recruiting company was De Shaw which offered a CTC of 24 LPA. Various roles like data analyst, and assistant auditor were offered.
Infrastructure: Library, computer labs, IT room and common room were available in the college. The canteen offered good food at a reasonable price. There were two grounds on the campus, one known as Ashoka ground while the other one was used for various games cricket, volleyball and football.
Faculty: The teachers available were quite knowledgeable in their field of specialisation. The course had subjects important for the fundamental balance of both academic and real-life knowledge. There were 6 semesters, and the level of exams was moderate. The teachers were really helpful.
Other: The best part about B.Com (Hons) was the relatability to the real-life experience. The academic knowledge helped to solve practical problems. The campus of the college was really good with various societies, events and fests.
