Knowledgeable faculty and experienced faculty, good infrastructure.
Placements: Life Science students don't get placements in my college. Mostly, students from commerce and arts like the economics and English departments students get placements from the college. Top recruiters are Deloitte, Google, etc. Companies come for placements. Zero students get placements from my course.
Infrastructure: For my course, we have good labs with the latest technology equipment. Since life sciences come under three departments—Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology—we have a good number of labs in college. The student-to-lab equipment ratio is good. Classrooms are good with air conditioning. The library is fully digitalized with perfectly working Wi-Fi. I am not a hosteller, but I have heard from my hosteller friends that the quality of hostel food is one of the best. Sports competitions are regularly organized. Medical facilities are also available. No doubt, the KMC hostel is one of the best ones.
Faculty: Well, the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but they aren’t helpful. For example, Botany professors have egos, which they show in the viva marks of students. Chemistry department professors are harsh; they don't care much about students. They will give you marks without even seeing what you have done or not. They literally don't care. Semester exams are super easy. You just need to do the last year’s paper the night before the exam, and you are done. No one fails in my course.
Other: I chose this course in the beginning because I took a partial drop for NEET, and this course has a similar syllabus to the NEET exam. I wish they should change the name of my course first, as Life Sciences sounds like a home science course, which is a bit embarrassing for me. Coming to college events, our college is full of events. Every day there is something going on, as KMC is in the heart of North Campus. We have our annual college fest named Renaissance. Stars like Sidhu Moosewala and Karan Aujla have performed at our annual college event.

IS KMC BAD? Is the crowd being the worst?
Placements: I feel last year had a good placement as acknowledged by the avenues - placement cell of KMC. This year 2024, the avenues placement cell is working hard to create not only placement but also to board in live projects and internship opportunities to the second and third-year students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite old and needs renovation. With relevance to the present time, where other colleges are standing quite better in the aspect of infrastructure, KNC should also create a neater space for their infrastructure. Nevertheless, the auditorium is being renovated.
Faculty: Faculty is fair. However, the experience differs from department to department, as one explores self and excels. They can get company and faculty to grow oneself in their respective field. The faculty of my field was initially well, gradually better, and finally best.
Other: I actually wanted to be far from my native place and wanted to have a crowd with fully intellectual people and to break my ego of being the best. I wanted to challenge myself every day and create a better version of myself every day. This notion could only be possible in a campus filled with competition and excellence.

Dull review just woke up.
Placements: It is unlikely that our college will offer any packages, as I haven't heard of any companies showing interest. It is also uncertain if anyone has secured an internship, unless they have pursued opportunities outside of our college. The roles available are unknown; perhaps there is a possibility of becoming an English teacher, but I cannot confirm.
Infrastructure: The DU top 10 did not meet my expectations, as everything seemed average. However, the people are friendly, and it provides a conducive environment for studying. Some events need to be toned down, as they tend to be overly enthusiastic. The food is decent, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the basketball court has been neglected for the past two years, indicating poor infrastructure.
Faculty: There is an excessive number of subjects being added, such as vac sec, which we do not require. The relevance of learning about yoga and other meaningless topics is questionable, and even the teachers seem uninterested in teaching them. Our primary goal here is to obtain our Certificate, not to learn yoga or manage emotions.
Other: People are good here that's all.

Good Infrastructure and Facilities .
Placements: 80% of my batch were given placements by the college. The highest average package offered in my course was 4,00,000 per annum, and the lowest average package offered in my course was 1,50,000 per annum. There were colleges, schools, and companies. The top roles were in a management level.
Infrastructure: The facilities in my course given by the college were up to date. Toposheets were taken to various places to have an idea about how to do a survey. The infrastructure of my college is very good. The quality of the food available in the mess and canteen is up to the money.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good; they teach us how to write perfect answers for the test. Who wants to give UPSC also helps you to gain experience or exposure. The course is curriculum-relevant. It makes the students industry-ready so they can contribute to the development of the country. The semester exams are not difficult for those who study on a regular basis, do revision of the syllabus, and know how to write perfect answers to the questions.
Other: I chose this course because I had a great interest in this course, and I really wanted to contribute to the development of the country because it teaches you the techniques on how to do remote sensing of a place.

Decent north campus college.
Placements: States depth bags the maximum placements, followed by economics and others. Other science courses provide decent placement; mostly, the crowd goes for entrance exams and PG courses, and placements are a scarce thing for sure. Good for UG courses, I would say.
Infrastructure: The hostel is the best, and college infrastructure is under development. A new auditorium and college renovation are in process. The hostel is the highlight, with a decent price, good accommodation, hygienic food, a flexible mess menu, and supportive staff.
Faculty: Average faculty with some great exceptions. Mostly, you have to study on your own, and the college gradually becomes just a means of get-together. Some professors teach exceptionally well, while others just teach average. Labs are decent, and lab staff is highly skilled.
Other: Fests are decent. Don't expect much from the infrastructure and placement aspects. A decent college with a nominal fee.

Best hostel facilities.
Placements: Placement in our college, you can expect a 5 to 6 LPA CTC package, approximately 42k per month. This is applicable for specific courses like B.Com Honours, B.A. Eco Honours, and Statistics Honours. Otherwise, you have to opt for some other specific courses, and around 50 to 60 percent of students get placed every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is just okay; it's not like having great buildings or a large grass area. If you are fortunate enough to get a hostel, the hostel boasts good infrastructure, the best mess faculty in the entire DU campuses, and the hostel fee is 56k per annum. You will thoroughly enjoy your college life.
Faculty: In all DU course exams, you will notice one common thing – passing your exams is relatively easy. Passing the DU semester exams is not a great deal; just practice the past 10 years, and you will pass with good marks in your semester exams. It is very easy to pass in your semester.
