KMCT Medical College is an excellent option for budding doctors.

Placements: So at KMCT Medical College, the placement is based on all India and state-wise ranks in NEET. We have an internship at the house surgeony period, and there is a stipend along with it. NRI package is 25 lacs per annum and merit is 9 lacs per annum, and there are reservation seats for OEC, SC, and ST.

Satisfied with college experience and environment around. But some improvement are necessary .

Placements: MBBS students don't get placement in any companies after the completion of their course. During the internship, we get a stipend, but it is bare minimum to survive, which should be increased in my opinion. After the internship, most students opt to prepare for post-graduation.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, academics, extracurricular, campus environment.

Placements: As our college is a medical college and not placement-oriented like engineering, it is not possible to provide information about such questions. I would mention the internship provided by the college. The college offers a one-year internship with a formidable stipend for the services provided.

It is the best private college for North Indian medical students in Calicut.

Placements: There is always a need for more doctors. Almost all students out of 150 people in a year got jobs. The highest salary offered is Rs.90,000 per month and the minimum salary offered is Rs.50,000 per month. Top hospitals include private hospitals in Calicut and government medical colleges in Kozhikode. Many students also got into postgraduate courses in government colleges like Government Medical College, Kannur. About 100% of students did internships in KMCT hospital in Manessery. Top roles offere...

Academics and internship are excellent but sports is mediocre .

Placements: Admission is based on the NEET score, and it's comparatively hard to get in. However, there are also NRI seats. The lowest fee is for OEC and OBC students with egrantz, which is 50,000 per year, and the highest is 20 LPA. For merit general students, it is around 7 LPA. Every student will have to do an internship in the final year with a stipend provided by the college.

The lack of infrastructure and poor management by the college led to a sad life.

Placements: The course offered is MBBS. People usually get jobs without much hassle. The internship is part of the 5.5-year course which comprises a full year. We are eligible to practice as a doctor only after we qualify for the next exam which is a national entrance exam.

I am somewhat satisfied with the hostel but everything is good.

Placements: Its a medical college so there won't be any company requirements. After the course, one can join as a junior resident in the college hospital. Students under the Muslim minority quota compulsorily have to work for one year.

Our college has excellent teaching standards and sports facilities.

Placements: Since it is a medical college, placements are not provided. You have to find employment yourself. But this college has a good value outside. You can find enough patients to get you enough experience to be a good doctor.
