Is Lords Universal College good for BCom?

    Here's what we found:

    Pros:
    * Strong faculty support: Students praised their teachers' help and guidance throughout the course.
    * Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, with modern classrooms, computer labs, and a library.
    * Placements: While the college doesn't guarantee placements, some students did secure internships and jobs with reputed companies like Tata.
    * Extracurricular activities: Events and festivals were organized regularly, which added to the overall college experience.

    Cons:
    * High fees: One student mentioned that the fees were quite high, which might be a concern for some students.
    * Limited Wi-Fi: Although the college has good infrastructure, there isn't Wi-Fi access available.
    * Small library: Some students felt that the library could be improved upon, having more books and resources.
    * Limited food options: While the canteen serves decent food, some students wished for more variety.

Overall: Lords Universal College seems to have both strengths and weaknesses. While the faculty support and infrastructure are notable positives, some students may find the fees and lack of certain amenities (like Wi-Fi) drawbacks. Ultimately, whether the college is "good" depends on individual priorities and needs.

Teachers were very good. Facilities and infra were very good but fees was very high!
Placements: There is no placement facility provided by the college. No recruiting companies visit for our course. 75% students got internship from my course. The college is awesome but lots of problems are there.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great! No Wi-Fi is there. Great labs are there in the college but the library is small. No good food is available in the hostel. No medical facilities and no sports and games are there.
Faculty: The teachers were very nice and helpful. Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams were very difficult. 40% marks were required to pass. Lots of students fail in the exams because of the KT system. Mumbai University made difficult question paper.
Other: I love accounts that's why I chose this course. Its fees is very high.

This college provides excellent infrastructure and teaching.
Placements: The campus placements process was average and organizations like TCS, CRISIS, HDFC Bank were a part of the placements process. Only the top 25-30% of the students managed to get a job. The top roles offered were of a trainee. Internships were not mandatory however many students opt for them in the final year. The highest salary package offered was 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: This college had good infrastructure and the classrooms were centrally air-conditioned. There were computer laboratories available for students, good Wi-Fi, an elevators facility was also available, modern classrooms and excellent seating arrangements. There were a limited number of food options available in the canteen. There was a good provision for medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified and had shared good experiences in terms of industry expectations. They use powerpoint presentations and videos for student-friendly learning. The course curriculum was as per this university standard and at par with other colleges. The semester exams had a moderate level of difficulty, and almost 80 to 90% of students manage to pass the exams.

During the Covid-19 circumstances, it is the best college one can have. The canteen and medical facilities are very much good. Both the quality and quantity of food served are perfect here.

They are ever ready to help you out in any circumstances and are yet very polite and understanding. They are the best, and the exams are conducted properly and strictly here.
